Rajadhani Restaurant Polonnaruwa

Hi All, I had a fantastic Srilankan rice and curry at Rajadhani Restaurant Polonnaruwa. The taste was authentic. I appreciated the excellent cooking and service provided to the restaurant manager. The facilities (WC) was very clean. It has onsite parking. The staff are very friendly. The Rajadhani restaurant also serves Indian and Chinese food too. Me and my wife loved the veg and non-veg food

This restaurant serves the most delightful biriyani! The flavors are exceptional, and one portion easily feeds two people.

The ambiance is great, and they have clean washroom facilities. What's even better is that the prices are very reasonable for such delicious food.

I highly recommend this place for biriyani lovers seeking a tasty and affordable meal.

Lovely Indian food in Sri Lanka the food made me feel at home. Super vibrant and wholesome, full of flavour and love. I Paneer Tikka, with butter chicken and Jeera rice. It highly recommend coming to enjoy all this place has to offer. Super affordable too.

Good for the price. Taste is also good. The portions are quite large hence portion is more than enough for two. Friendly service and they extremely follow the Covid health guidelines.

One of our friends recommended this place during our visit to Polonnaruwa. As he mentioned it is one good indian food experience in the town. We ordered a Hyderabad Chicken dum biriyani, Hot and sour soup, Masala tea and a milk tea. We were happy with our food and we enjoyed our meal. We felt the staff was quite amateur and hopefully they will improve their service. As a constructive feedback it would have been better if the management could reduce the waiting time. We had to wait more than 25 minutes to get our milk tea. Food was excellent and the portion was okay. They had used high quality spices and we could enjoy original biriyani taste after a long time. Masala tea was also perfect. Perfectly combined cardamom mixed tea quenched our thirst thanks to the great chef. Hot and sour soup was hot anf sour as the name implied and there were few chicken pieces adding more taste to it. One last thing, they take a long time to process the bill and it is little disappointing to wait even after the long wait fir the food. Taken as a whole i would recommend this restaurant and hoping to come back again and see an improvement in management. PS. waiter was kind and helpful.

So many vengan vegetarian options. Very nice, kind and lovely people.
High recommended. Don't sell beers but the salty lassi was perfect to combine with these spicy plates. *.*

Ate here twice on a recent trip to polunawara. Decent food and lovely service.

We randomly stopped here as we needed some breakfast. Ordered two dosa's with spiced potatoes and a aloo polak. Cooked by Indian chefs, it was absolutely amazing. Don't doubt, go in and eat your heart out. Great service!

One of the best places I visited. Visited twice and very friendly staff, tasty food with reasonable prices. No artificial ingredients added to the foods. Recommended place in polonnaruwa. Must visit. Keep it up.🙌

Better if that backyard has some more lights and good seats.

Only thing to mention was in service our staters came ( soup and vadei) after the main course. 😁.

Apart from that everything was fine.

Fried rice was very good, kottu is not up to the satisfactory.

Delicious. Compared to Colombo prices are bit high. Not too much.
