Shan Tea Shop

I have visited this place a year back. It was a small tea shop with very few food options. Today the shop has tranformed to a new style, happy see the growth. The mother and the farther who run the shop are trully serving people who visit there. They are opening a new wing to serve more and offer more comfort on 11th March,2021. All the BEST...

Perfect place to have buffet lunch on the way to Kataragama. So many curries and you can eat as you wish.
Meals starting from 250 (vegetable), chicken, fish and prawns also there.
Owners are so friendly and generous.

Located just off the highway and has a good breakfast buffet for a reasonable price the staff is also helpful even if u need to get directions they help most importantly has a really well cleaned set of washrooms wich we cant see in many places of the surrounding area.. highly recommend the place

"මීටරේ හෝටලේ" is located near Mattala highway exit.If you go there for your meal, there were various type of food selection. In my expirience, white rice, red rice, dhal, some of traditional and healthy foods such as බතල, මක්චොක්කා 😂 with coconut sambola. As well fish, chicken, meat balls, and more traditional curry were available. Fantastic taste, good customer service. Highly recommended. 👍👍👌
