Bank of Ceylon Eastern Province regional office and Trincomalee super Grade Branch relocated in this place in October 2018. which is located adjoin the Police Head Quarters of Trincomalee. This building is located 1.4Km away from the Town Center. ample vehicle parking facility is available in this premises. Self banking Unit (Smart zone) is also avaialble in this premises

Customer care is more or less ok

The interior design and building is very new and attractive but they should improvise their user friendliness. Their Mobile App should be upgraded. And this branch has every banking facilities. Staffs are as usual typical attitude.

Unfortunately I'm really disappointed with their's poor service to the customers, too much of employees are available to fulfil the empty chairs no use of simply waste of time that lot's of customers spending their valuable time here.

I found the language issues too here in this BOC branch and in the ATM.
