Rixos Borovoe Hotel

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The service was top-notch, and we would like to express our gratitude to the entire staff. Special thanks to Guest Relations Zhuldyzay for assisting us with the transfer and communication in English with her was very convenient. Appreciation to the chefs for the delicious food, especially the chef at the Chalet restaurant. We enjoyed various activities such as quad biking, ice skating, and sledding – our overall stay was quite active. The weather was delightful, with plenty of snow and fresh air. We would love to come back to you soon! Thank you Kazakhstan!

Joining the tennis club at Rixos Tennis Court two months ago was undoubtedly the best decision I've made. The view from the courts is simply breathtaking, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to every game. Additionally, our trainer, Milana, has been exceptional. Her professionalism and considerate approach to training have significantly enhanced my learning experience. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to learn tennis under her guidance; it's a valuable skill that I'm excited to continue improving.

A very wonderful hotel, the services and the food are on a very high level. I was honestly amazed by how well the rooms are organized and kept clean. In addition, the help and service of people like Omar Assem was the best. She treated us extremely well and always had a smile. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to have a great time by themselves or with a family.

I am already 10 years with this Hotel. I would like to say a lot of thanks for the personal from Rixos, because every place made by the people and their service. In Rixos it is very safe and comfortable. I would like to underline the senior manager of front office Meruyert she if very hospitable and respectful person in a meantime very professional and kind, alway take care about the guest and very communicative in respond, highly recommended from my side.

It was a nice stay, special thanks to Marzhan the guest service manager and the rest. Silk was restaurant is smth outstanding. Mariya is the best to notice over there. Kebabs in Shale were also real good. Amazing nature, atmosphere. Thank you for making our weekend such an outstanding one 🤩🫶🏻

We stayed for 2 days to celebrate our son's 8th birthday, it was a wonderful experience staying at Rixos Borovoe. We visited in winter the place looked like a picture from a fairytale. We had requested a small cake for our son's birthday celebration which was arranged. Chef Sunil was good at catering to our Indian cuisine. The food was delicious. We look forward to visiting Rixos Borovoe soon.

It has been delicious and tasteful cousin today at this wonderful place. I could taste new flavours of the dishes I thought I knew. I was mistaken. It was even better than I tried before.

Rixos borovoe is the best place to stay around. Check in was fast and smooth.
Spa is great especially steam sauna with mint.
Food is good.
Kirill is a pleasant host in the main restaurant. He made our dinner special.

A very delightful experience. I was served by the ever so polite waitress Alina. Also, the professionalism of Erzhalyn the manager at The Bar restaurant is highly commendable. He is extremely welcoming and courteous. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time trying this type of bath and the experience was amazing, relaxing, and spiritual. The decoration and design of the place are beautiful and cozy!

I'm thrilled to share about our fantastic stay at Rixos Boroboe! The four days were a delightful experience for my family. The La’olivio restaurant served delicious food, delighting our taste buds. The Junior suite was perfect for our three kids, offering comfort and space. A special thanks to manager Polina, who skillfully resolved an issue with the food, showcasing exceptional service and care. The Rixy Club at Rixos Boroboe was a highlight for our family. My kids absolutely loved the engaging activities and fun atmosphere, creating cherished memories during their stay. It was a fantastic opportunity for them to play and interact, making our experience at the hotel even more memorable and enjoyable. It was an unforgettable and enjoyable stay overall!

We came from Europe and thanks for the Kazakh hospitality! Special thanks the manager Zhuldyzai. On her recommendation, we visited the Crimean baths. It was something completely new for us! We enjoyed it a lot, especially after swimming in the lake. An amazing service. It feels like a new experience, while at the same time having the comfort from home. Huge greetings to you from Europe and we'll hope to see you again soon!

Chalet restaurant welcomed us today. As for me, this is the place you want to come back again and again. The service here is perfect, very friendly personnel. Especially our waiter Vladislav.... a very friendly, tactful and ... cute guy. And , by the way, the cuisine is so...delicious. 😋

Great rooms, great spa, area around the hotel is also amazing - many things to do for entertainment both in summer and in winter.
