Paradise City

Very nice resort. Good to stay in or come for a fancy meal. They had a cool whale exhibition when we went. The lunch buffet here is 5 star. Pricey but absolutely worth it. You must make a reservation in advance.

We spent a few nights in this hotel as a bigger group of all ages and had a very satisfactory experience overall.
The hotel offers a range of activities especially for families/children which we highly appreciated even though the offers are a tat more suitable for older children than toddlers.
The gym, the pool areas and all facilities for kids were clean and well organised. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the free minibar which was restocked daily.
We found that the hotel buffet had more than enough to offer! Hotel staff was friendly and professional throughout.
We would come back anytime.

If you have some time to kill in Seoul before or after your flight. Go here. You won’t be disappointed. The highlight for me was the day spa/ sauna. Costs around $30 for 4 hours I think. They have a pool and cold rooms and warm rooms. Food and lounges to match. Very clean and high class. The venue also has a night club, restaurants casino and much more.

Huge complex. Beautiful place, service at the top quality, stuff are everywhere, any amenities you need (pool, sauna, spa, fitness and more). Everything is clean and perfect maintained. The stuff are so committed and friendly. Shuttle buses to the airport and available taxis. Perfect place.

My stay was truly special! The hotel rooms were very clean and well-kept. There was a plaza connected to the hotel with a variety of foods and all were delicious! There was a buffet for lunch, breakfast, and dinner with a variety of foods ranging from bacon to kimchi! There were lots of other options if you don’t like buffets including a bakery and even a Michelin star restaurant! Lots of fun activities were available; such as a spa, swimming pool, bowling, a pool, virtual reality video games, and a place called the Wonderbox. The Wonderbox had a very long slide and a ferris wheel for your children. It truly lived up to its name!!

Very nice place to hang out if you have a >4 hour connection at ICN.
Free shuttle bus from ICN, lots of nice shops, art installations, restaurants and hotel, can also store my luggages at the free hotel concierge service.
Only downside is line at ICN custom entry is kinda long, takes ~30 mins. Upside is going out of customs literally takes 1 min, no line, just a passport scan gate and you're out, security check also really fast, very short line

Came here because it was close to our hotel (Not paradise city hotel). The place was great and the ambience was relaxing.

Nice hotel, rooms are well maintained but quite pricey. Definitely visit the swimming pool, which has heating system but does get crowded. A range of restaurants plus a food court is available in the plaza below. Overall a family friendly hotel even have a small indoor amusement park for kids.
However facilities are limited to once per day visit. Also rooms uses central heating/cool system so unable to adjust as desired, would have expected separate system as a 5 star hotel.

The best staff, a spacious room, free minibar, amazing food hall and bakery - can't ask for more. My only complaint is that their toilet paper is way too thin.

Stayed in a 1 million won suite for Baeksang Arts Awards. It was a dream and a goal come true. Everything in this hotel speaks luxury, so if you are looking for a great time or if you want to impress family or friends, this is the hotel to be. Our tickets also came with free entrance to Wonderbox which is a really awesome indoor amusement park. Food court also offers really nice food. Too bad Cimer was closed and we didn't have enough time to visit Chroma.

Great place for your family trip. Lots of f&b, attraction and art collection will never make you board. Very thoughtful care for travelers with kids and babies.

The best hotel in South Korea. This is my third time to stay. Very professional staff with their own attentiveness bring smooth service. Very derserved to stay.

This review is specifically for the Art Paradiso Hotel located in Paradise City. My stay here was absolutely fantastic. From the welcome drink in the lobby, complimentary bottle of wine upon check in, immaculate and opulent rooms, and superb service, everything was just phenomenal.

This was the perfect hotel to base at near the airport. The hotel and surrounding property has everything you'll ever need without having to leave the property. The rooms are nice enough that you'll just want to stay in them all day long.

There were numerous restaurants from a gourmet food court to higher end dining around the property. My wife loved the spa that was on the property.

Oh, and of all of the luxury hotels that I've stayed at, this had the best bed by far.

When international travel becomes feasible again, I'm definitely going back just to stay in this hotel.

Amazing place, love it

Loved 1 night stay at Club floor. It's not cheap but worth to pay. Really 5 star service all staffs even on the lobby floor.
Hotel and facilities are very spacious.

lounge bar, Contemporary art, public spaces linked with the public facilities(Art space, open space, concert, shops restaurants,club, experience park, park) Huge indoor & out door, Worth to visit without stay with family for a day trip.
I would like to return for clubbing as well or with my nieces & nephew.

Stayed here for 1 night 2 days. It was not long enough to enjoy all the facilities and relax. There is so much todo that we needed another night. The room, staff, facilities and food were all great! There is a wide selection of restaurant at the hotel and in the plaza. There is also a convenience store but it is small and gets very busy at night. I highly recommend the cafe in the hotel if you need desserts or a cake. Everything there was delicious. The subway station is a short walk but doesnt run frequently so do check as we almost missed our connecting train.
