Seoul Grand Park

Visited the children's zoo and rose garden, where seniors enjoy free admission. The strolls around the area were enjoyable, especially with the stunning cosmos flowers in full bloom. Note that the nearby kiosks have closed as of September 1st, 2023, so consider bringing your own snacks for a picnic for now.

One of the best and big zoo in south korea to my knowledge, with all facility for kids, newborns, adults and old peoples.
we visited last summer. It was a wonderful experience.
Very clean and well maintained.
They have lots of restrooms, specials rooms for feeding. path for disables.
it was very crowded when we visited during the summer.
Almost it took a day to explore everything slowly.

Must do family outing location. Make sure you reach when it opens at 10 as there is a lot to do here. Also it will be easier to take the cable car to the farthest point and then walk back to the entrance as this is downhill and much more convenient. Weekends can get a bit crowded but since it's a huge place, the only time it matters is when you are in queue for cable car. But an absolute 10/10 for family outing.

Very beautiful! Animals at the zoo were in great shape and the weather was beautiful! Fairly easy to get to by public and personal transportation means. I could see it being very hectic during the warmer seasons. Can't wait to go back to see the rest of the park!

We took the cable car ride into the zoo. The ride itself is great as it saves you the trouble of having to walk up to the zoo and you get to enjoy the scenery. The zoo itself is very huge and can be quite tiring to walk all day. The animals are great of course, and the sun bears were especially friendly to humans. There are interesting sections such as the nocturnal exhibit and the insectarium. There are many restaurants in the zoo itself, alongside the super cool lion cafe. Highly recommend to get a seat by the window to get a close view of the lions. To get back to the metro from the zoo you can take the elephant train, which is just a tram ride back. It costs money and you can buy the ticket from a kiosk near the boarding section.

Really fun and the prices are good! The whole zoo itself is huge! lots of walking and and lots of restroom spots. Also food is alright pretty pricey but what can you say. Over really worth and definitely a place you gotta visit to. As a plus, it's near Seoul Land if you want to go to an amusement park!

An amusement park with a zoo of a decent size. The entrance fee for the zoo is very reasonable as well. I strongly recommend the place but since it is a large park, expect to walk at least for a few kms. Good walk though under good weather!

Seoul Zoo is very big and beautiful.
I especially like the green space here.
To visit this place, it will take you nearly a day, so you should not combine 2 places Seoul Zoo and Seoul Land in the same day, it is impossible.

Seoul Grand Park is also known as Seoul zoo! Its a beautiful place but be sure not to reach after 5pm. Lots and lots of animals were close when I reached after 5pm. It states close at 7pm. But many enclosures like the bear, tiger, etc were all close after 5pm. Including snack bar. And it would be rushing. Cater alternative when it rains because it happen to me ! So be sure to plan properly. There is show time too. Rmb to check. The seoul grand park not only consists of seoul zoo but also, seoul land, seoul children park and theme land. The elephant train is at the seoul grand park and you can choose to take the train to seoul zoo. Seoul zoo is the second stop. Elephant train is KRW3000/PAX. SEOUL ZOO Ticket is KRW5000/PAX. There is sky lift. However its close at 7pm. Rmb to check all the details before you go. There is a few of snack bar if you go early. Including weenybeeny a shop that sells gummy and chocolates which you can choose and pay by gram. Its a lot of fun if you really got more time! But otherwise. I would say its doable to complete the seoul zoo in 3hrs if you dont take too long at each point.

A great place to walk around. I have been here on many picnics and it is great to sit near the lake. You can also go to the Zoo. One of my favorite art museums are here; the MMCA. It is great to come here with your family or go on a date here.

Seoul Grand Park is one great place to visit in Seoul aside from the nature that surrounds you there are several mini attractions in the area like the green house, butterfly exhibit, lakes, play grounds and much much more. Kids will definitely enjoy running around!

We had a great experience , animals are healthy and lively , tiger cubs are the highlights !!!! And the colourful leaves !!!! We will come back later next year

Highly recommend for all ages. Lots of great view especially during autumn and spring season, experience the flowers, sky lift over the lake, amusement park, zoo and so on. Worth every penny!

Fantastic place to visit for family with young kids. There are a number of paths (blue, orange, green) one can take in the zoo. But i suggest to take the 2nd sky lift and go to the very top of the zoo near the tigers section of the zoo n then walk down the zoo. This is a lot easier than walking up the zoo.

So many species in there, tigers, lion, elephants, see lion, buffalo, etc .... even cows! The zoo has so many varieties of animals and has a nice view from the cable car.

Realy Nice place. They are doing a lot of maintenance on the zoo and giving the animals more space and a nice place to stay in

Took train from euljiro to seoul grand park blie line its a direct journey about 45mins.

Quite far the walk from station to the ticket counter. So make sure to come early to avoid crowd. Bought tickets from klook for skylift and you will have to buy another ticket to go back to the skylift that goes across the lake.

Zoo is huge! Animals were in great condition. Top notch facilities. There is a CU mart and BHC chicken in the zoo near to the lions/tigers area.

Really like the park. My boy had a fun and happy time there
