CGV Pangyo

Went to watch 기생충 last week. Better than 서현 CGV I used to go. Easy free parking for 2 hours. Easy to book. The only thing I didn’t like was two 아줌마 sitting behind us and kept chatting and predicting “oh he’s gonna kill her”. So annoying so I turned around and said “shhhhhhh”. That didn’t stop them chatting rubbish. But this is not the cinema’s fault.

The theatres are big, clean, and very comfortable! There are 2D, IMAX, 4DX theatres. Sounds and looks great. Near lots of public transportation.

As this is located inside Hyundai Department Store Pangyo, one of the most luxurious department stores in Korea, you can't go wrong. Would definitely recommend going here to watch movies!

This is probably the best CGV (movie theater complex) if you live around Bundang, Pangyo, Yongin, and Sooji. The location is awesome. It is at Pangyo Subway Station in a major anchor shopping center, Hyundai Department Store (HDS). The ticket booth is on the fifth floor. Actual theaters are on the floors of 6, 7, and 8. CGV Pangyo is good because of its comfortable seats. Distance between seat rows are wide (ample front clearance for your legs), elevation changes of seat rows are high (ample front clearance for your watching experience). HDS provides first-class shopping atmosphere with ample children targeted facility (terrace playground etc). Hence, before or after the movie experience is awesome. There is an ample parking spots. During the weekends, make sure you give yourself enough time for parking, since HDS full with people.

Best CGV ive been so far. Comfortable, big screens, awesome popcorn. And its inside of one of korea best department stores. Highly recommend IMAX if you want to have the best experience while watching your movie

Korea's most biggest cinema franchaise CGV's branch inside Hyundai department store Pangyo. They have IMAX cinema and 4DX cinema. The IMAX cinema has second largest screen in Korea. But since whole IMAX cinema's screen in Korea is small copared to other countries, it is normal size.
