SUNNY MOBILE

I've been in/out of Korea for nearly 10 years as a student, as military, and as a civilian, and boy was I wasting money with the on-base phone contracts! Once I learned about prepaid phones and no contracts with Sunny Mobile (I went to get temporary sim cards for visiting family), I switched over and my cellphone bills were sliced 3-fold! No difference in service. I was paying $25/month for unlimited everything a few years ago. They're so helpful and want to ensure you make the most of every dollar you spend on cell service. I come to Sunny Mobile every time I need cellular service. Incredible customer service. I let her and her husband know I'll be in town and need a sim card and phone plan ASAP and they always accommodate me.

Superb people, genuinely good-hearted, and honest mom-and-pop storefront. They're more than fair and will go out of their way to help you. That's why I keep coming back! I pay a little and get a lot! :) I would ignore the one-off bad review, it’s not reflective of Sunny Mobile at all. Someone was having a bad day and they’re taking it out on good people.

Save yourself some spending money and get your cell service here!! Just bring an unlocked phone!

Super convenient, located right on Anjeong Rodeo Street, a few steps after the GS25 convenience store.

This place is amazing. If you need a smartwatch sim card this is the place to go. I arrived here because KT and LG+ on Humphreys would not sell me a sim card. Sunny Mobile was unsure if it would work but let me try a sim card to see and it did. Great place and friendly staff. They also give you lots of noodles when you purchase something.

Amazing customer service!!! We are new to Korea. We needed some information on cell phone plans and comparison of plans. Not only our needs were met, but also got more detailed necessary information, as simple as how to call to the states using KT+, we probably wouldn't get them from any where else.

Excellent shop right outside the walking gate. Please don’t go anywhere, take Red Bus and it will drop you at gate. Just cross the road and you just saved a lot with extremely friendly people. We got two phones from them and they have all the options you can think off. They are very fair about explaining things , they are their to help Service Members to make right decisions. Like iPhones are cheep in Korea but they are not US norm phones so just be careful. Loved the experience in this shop.

Don’t go here they will keep charging you once you leave Korea and then tell you that they will stop the payments but won’t. I’ve been charged 3 months now and they responded one a month ago saying they would cancel it and refund me but have yet to respond to me again since and I have been charged since so just don’t waste you’re time getting scammed here

These people are not honest... They take advantage of Americans & especially military personnel. If you need cellular service, it is safe to get it on Post. You are protected there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
