I went to this church 7 years ago, and i was told that it's over than 100 years.
It was built in 1899, and now it's 125 years old existing and still looks beautiful in my eyes..

Smaller than I thought, but still beautiful. Camera is not allowed inside. Some seating area nearby for a rest. A bit of walk feom the subway station though.

It's the mother church of Roman Catholic in Daegu, South Korea. It's majestic and the assimilation of Korean and Roman Catholic is just impressive. This place reminds us the martyrdom of those in the past. Highly recommended to visit this while in Daegu!

There are nuns walking around and they would greet and chit chat with you. Very nice.

Beautiful Church! I live right next door in Miso City. It's easy for me to go to Mass. I also like going here because I can work on my liturgical Korean. The people here are so kind as well. I am a stranger and pilgrim in a strange land and the greetings I receive spontaneously make me feel welcomed. Thanks!!

Found this place off of a guide book for Daegu. Very good service. We ordered Beek Galbi and Beef Stew and the order came quickly. They have an English menu too. The Ahjummas were also very accomodating of my poor attempt at ordering in Korean. Hehe. Overall, a friendly and yummy treat for my Mom and I.

First Catholic Church built in Kyoungsang province of Korea. It was originally a Korean way house but it was built in a way of western style after the church was burned down in 1901. It is one of the three major Catholic Churches in Korea.
