엄홍길 전시관 주차장(네비주소)에 주차하고
거류산(570m)산행의 시작이다
여럿코스가 있지만 일반적으로 많이 이용하는 코스로
엄홍길전시관~전망대~문암산~거류산성~정상~거북바위~거류산성~엄홍길 전시관 주차장, 약7km,4시간소요
고성군의 10대명산의 첫번째로 꼽히는 산이기도 하지만 정상에서 조망은 정말 멋지다
사방이 바다조망으로 동쪽은 당동만.서쪽은 고성평야.남쪽은 벽방산,북쪽은 당항만~~
거북바위,거류산성,문암산,소나무&바위,군데군데 조망터,쉼의자,등로와 안내표시가 잘되어있다.
등로옆으로 진달래,철쭉이 많다
식수없음.
거류산을 한바퀴 도는 유담둘레길이 개통되어
많이 이용하고있음

경사가 있어서 등산로는 가파르지만 정상에서 남해바다의 조망이 아름다운산
