Grand Mercure Ambassador Changwon

Very nice and conveniently located Business Hotel. Rooms are clean, very functional and according to Asian standards sized nicely.

Bed is comfy and offers sufficient space even for taller persons (I am 192cm).

Nice hotel. Rooms have all you need, for iron you can always ask. Nice perk having bathtub and shower at same time. Very tastefull breakfest.

Visited in mid October 2023.

a staff was lovely kind to me for staying in a wonderful hotel.
Front desk had a smile and proceeded a check-in with a detailed information.
furthermore, a staff who i can’t remember kindly had informed a good korean BBQ where is near hotel!!
And a room i stayed was very calm with mountain view.

I stayed at the Grand Mercure Changwon on a business trip to the area. I had just flown in from the east coast of the USA so I had major jetlag. The hotel was very quiet which allowed me to actually get some sleep. The buffet breakfast was also very high quality with plenty of choices for all tastes.

A very Grand hotel indeed. They had different style rooms and mine was traditional. Walking distance from shopping mall and local restaurants. Too bad I'm only here one night.

Nice ambience they have. I personally felt the rooms r little small shouldn't be a worry for a short stay or single stay people. Fitness and other amenities are good, they do even offer a bi cycle at free of cost and easy to navigate through Korean Maps

Very nice personell. Clean and modern. Live music with very good quality live music every night from 20:00 to 22:00. Gym , swimming pool available. And you get some bikes to take a tour too. Totally recommend!

The hotel located in a strategic location, Lotte Mart is just at the next building. The hotel is connected to the Convention centre bu a linked bridge, very convenient for those attending event there. Room is clean, Breakfast provided is great with variety of choice.

A good hotel next to Changwon convention hall. Reception staff was helpful and offered us box of Ferrero as no Accor platinum upgrade was available for twin room category (other categories all double). Back of hotel quieter than main road. Only 3 minus : 1/indoor pool and sauna chargeable (22,000KRW), 2/breakfast buffet suspended depsite being 3 weeks into "coexisting with COVID in Korea" (replaced by 4 choices in room service with fixed delivery time) 3/only one remote control for lights in room.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is quite good. You must try dumplings. Omplette and sunnyside egg served at the breakfast is delicious. Nice and fast reception.

Hotel is well located in the industrial complex of Changwon , it has fitness, swimming pool and sauna (chargeable), easily connected to City center.. rooms are well constructed with nice furniture and interior is good.

It was awesome! I would recommend staying there for business trips to Changwon. It's about a 5 - 10 minute taxi drive to the busy shopping and restaurant area, but taxi's are only about 5000 won.
