House of Choi Champan

Choi champan's house is located in Hadong, Gyeongsangnamdo. this place is accessible on foot or by car, and there is an admission fee. here you can see the life of the korean people in the late Choseon Dynasty and the surrounding scenery is good. choi champan's house is also famous for filming location of drama. so there are many foods around and you can experience many things. if you have time i recommend you visit this place at least once

Long walk up from the car park. But it's hell INSTA-worthy. Dress up to get here. But bring comfy shoes!!! Bring cash to buy stuff in the shops on the way up there. Neglectable small entry fee at the base. There's traditional games to play up there.

This place is awesome! Tons of stuff you can look around and experience. Needless to say, if you want to embrace this country, you should stop by here. Of course, you don't need to come by from America only for here. Just put here in your poket so that you might visit here when you have a chance to come down to Hadong.

The village and mansion are great, and the surrounding mountains provide beautiful backdrop

The views around this place are amazing. A real gem in slow Agyang, Hadong County. Try Julie's Teahouse there. She is the best owner around! Just across from the ticket booth.

It's a Korean version "West World". One of the most Famous novel writers, "Park, Gyeong-ri" wrote "To-ji"(meaning Earth, Ground, our Country...) It was also made to a Drama with same name. When she died in 2008, people wanted to make a place to remember her. So, they made a real house based on her novel. Of course, You can see lots of her works in the museum. In the museum there is what she said. One of them is "Once there was a time when I can't write anything for 1 week." She was undoubtedly a successful writer but had a hard time writing something.
