The nearby restaurant you can go is Sindari(신다리). It is korean restaurant. For example, you can have Cold noodles and Kalguksu. I recommend Cold noodles. It's tasty and a little bit spicy. The price is cheap. It takes around 6,000won for 1 person. It's not walkable from Rose Park.

It is admission fee is free but if you borrow a bike or something to ride you have to pay for them. In addition, Rose park market is expensive so when you go there you have to buy something to drink or snack before you enter.

The nearby restaurant is SsangyoungGak.
It is chinese restaurant. There are many chinese foods like Jjajangmyeon, and Tangsuyuk. I recommened Tangsuyuk, fried meet and sweet sauce. It is not-spicy and sweet.
Make sure bring your camera. Taking pictures of million of roses is good way to enjoy the park.
Riding bike is another way to experience Rose Park. You can a bike. It is about 5000wons per an hour
