This place serve a perfect breakfast with a lot of personal touch.
We ordered two sets of breakfast for sharing. They serve it in half-half as shared in the photo.
A must try place! The coffee here are best enjoyed in black to taste the depth, aroma and citrus.

The owner is a coffee roaster and also a hairstylist at the same time. Is a Craftsman (Takumi)

Great little spot for breakfast with some Japanese and some western food elements in their sets. Had the pork cutlet with croissant and tea, pork crust was delicate and flavorful. Nice charming atmosphere next to the lake. Only one person doing the whole operation but did a great job while being friendly

Lovely coffee, croissants and ambience.
Must visit! The coffee is organic, pesticide-free and charcoal roasted with nutty flavors. The croissant is quite tasty as well! The music is quite pleasant and groovy too. Overall a relaxing, peaceful and nice caffe with windows overlooking the lake.

Cozy coffee shop with locally sourced ingredients. The shrimp and also the sausage hotdogs are delicious with the special salt. Also, the coffee is tasty! Staff is very kind. Btw: There’s a barber shop connected, so you could get also a nice haircut there. 😃

Found this place by accident but no regrets.

Cozy cafe with great service, and the food was delicious. Ordered their signature sausage salt hotdog and their shrimp steamed in white wine with garlic dog- it’s the softest bun yet with a crisp texture outside, and the fillings were flavourful. Coffee had a distinct aroma and taste- so good for a rainy day. Oh, the lady was so sweet, she gave us half of each meal so we didn’t have to split it ourselves.

I’m so glad I came here. Definitely stop by!

Really nice ambience, music and great service! The food was amazing, tasteful and they proudly share that all comes from controlled sources and local producers! 100% recommended, I will go back again:)

We had breakfast here, the salmon with rice, tofu and miso soup.
By far the best breakfast we had since arriving in Japan (sorry 7/11). The cinnamon coffee and green tea are both excellent and included in the price (2000¥).
The products are sourced from goodand known producers, which is rare in Japan from our experience so far.
If you have the chance, stop by.

Lovely eggs on toast with old music and a kind of calm chaotic atmosphere. Nice start to a random morning! Hard not to rate 5 stars :)

Breathtaking sunrise lake view right by Mt Fuji.
‘Nuff said.

山中湖にある美容院とカフェが一緒になっているこちらのお店。店内に入り無添加ソーセージセットを注文。珈琲の濃さも3段階ある内の2番目にしましたがとっても美味しかった。そして無添加ソーセージの塩ドックは塩がミルに入ってくるのでそちらを自分で少しずつふりかけて食べます。こちらもパリッとしていて凄く美味しいし食べやすかった‼店員さんも優しくてこちらのお店を選んで良かったです。

コーヒーが専門みたいだが塩ドックも旨そうなのでセットで注文したコーヒーはストロングで
ホットドッグにミルで塩かけて食べて下さいとのこと
塩かけて素朴な味が抜群で古代の食べ物のような感じで麦の香りがしたコーヒーも極めて上品で旨かった。
女性店員の笑顔が可愛いかった。

イベリコ豚ミンチカツはお肉の甘みがあっておいしい！そこにオススメされたトリュフ塩をかけたらさらにおいしいに決まってる！
投稿写真で卵かけご飯を見てメニューになかったからお店の方に聞いたら定食は予約のみとのことでしたがご飯ならできるということで感謝しかない。忍野村の平飼いのとれたての卵だそうです。ご飯も京都産の無農薬。
ごちそうさまでした。

サルサのホットドッグがめちゃめちゃ美味しい。サクッとしたパンに、ジューシーなウインナーがプリッとして、どんどん食べ進められます。全粒粉の香ばしい香りはコーヒーとも とてもマッチするので一緒に注文するのをオススメします。栄養を気にする方にも勧めたくなるようなホットドッグでした。

髪をカラーリングして頂いてる間に美味しいコーヒーを出して頂きました～

ここ１０年、週末は山中湖で過ごしているけど、地元のお店探ししてなかった。豆を売っているお店があったんで、うれしかったです。飲み方も色々教えていただきありがとうございました。
