Shiraraso Grand Hotel

Perfect location for travelling, just close to the beach side and has great view from the windows. And the hot spring is also very nice. Just one suggestion, could you make the curtains thicker? It does not block the sunlight, it was too bright in the early morning.

Location very good. We can play firework on the beach before 11pm.

The service is beyond words, when we drove in the hotel, friendly staff came close and park the car for us. The front seat was already prepared our booking information. As the staff took us to the room, they served hot tea in room right away. The view from room has no obstacle at all, right in front of the sea. Beds were settled while we were having dinner, warm and considering Japanese service. The hot springs are quite good too. Dinner and breakfast are high quality seafood and steak, love everything we had in this hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the hotel room was amazing as it looked over the beach and water. The room was quite spacious and I liked how we got to sample the little cake with the complimentary bottles of water. The onsen was very nice. I definitely preferred the one on level 1 except it didn't have the view of the one on level 2. The staff were very friendly and professional. I also liked the shop in the lobby as I was able to buy some local products. We didn't have dinner or breakfast so can't comment as we ate locally. The bathroom met my needs, however, I spent my time onsen. I highly recommend.

The best hotel we have stayed during our trip in Kansai! The staff are friendly and the room is amazing! I'd like to come again in summer, the beach is superb!

I loved my stay here. The room was incredibly clean and they provided yukatas and rubber zori (Japanese flip flops) for when going to the baths. The baths themselves were incredibly spacious and clean, with different baths on floors 1 and 2 that would cycle every night between men and women. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious, allowing you to sample a lot of different flavors. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and relax.

Stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and even though during this pandemic, we felt safe during our stay in the hotel.

There was a temperature check, sanitizer almost every area, check in partitions and staffs wore mask all the time.

We stayed at a japanese style room and with complete amenities and yukata. Sadly, we weren't able to use the pool since it is closed and is only open until the end of august.

The hotel has a nice view of the beach and walking distance to the beach as well. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location by the beach. Access by bus from Shirahama station. Room was great and so was the onsen! You can pay for private onsen room for 45 minutes.

Awesome hotel although abit dated, it is well maintained and food was awesome. Situated directly by the beach and sufficient facilities to keep kids entertained, would highly recommend it for family traveller.

Traditional Japan style hotel, a bit old but excellent services.
However, they don't even speak in English, although they love to help.
