Nothing much to say other than that this is an amazing cafe. I got the light matcha ice cream but I would recommend the dark matcha ice cream since it tastes much better (it is not so bitter). The atmosphere and service was spectacular and I would definitely come back one day! ☺

Great little cafe overlooking the beautiful tea farms.
It is a smaller place so you likely will have to wait in line.
Lunch is served from 11am to 2pm but you can get cafe items before, during and after!
You can get take away ice cream and drinks.

We were on our way to a tea plantation and stopped by Dan Dan for lunch.

Ordered their curry rice and pork katsu set.

Taste- great! Price, reasonable. Parking, easy. Service- good. Atmosphere and surroundings- fantastic.

If you sit facing the plantation, you will be able to soak in the superb views while munching. Serenity is the theme here.

Couple of outdoor tables available if you don't mind the cold. It was about 15°C at that time.

Cafe is a simple and neat place to get a coffee too. Loved it. Would I come back, surely YES.

Good food and a beautiful view. This restaurant has a simple but good menu. It is situated in the uji tea fields.

Super cute cafe with an amazingly delicious set meal. Great views as well. Reservations are difficult to make unless you speak fluent Japanese.

Great place with super super awesome view! From this cafe you can see Shirasu & Ishitera Tea Plantation (石寺の茶畑). Also their ice cream is delicious. Strongly recommend to visit during this season.

They offer free WiFi. The building itself amazing and piece of Art Despite it's mountain but they managed to build it which I believe its a challenge.food is great really great and beautiful.the place is small but many people choose to drive all the way to visit here my self driving from Kobe . Seen a car from Nagoya as well.
The view is really amazing ( THE STAFF ARE Really kind) despite dealing with heavy crowded and the stress of small kitchen . really 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ is nothing it deserves 10 stars. the way they managed the place and provide small parking 🅿 it really amazing. Keep the good job

I have seen some comments of people complain so I would like to tell them this place is really famous so it's normally to be over crowded and the food to be late due to heavy amount of order considering the size of the kitchen which is really small . And the staff have to deal with all this huge number of customers so you can imagine thire stress . I believe no way to extend the size of the place as this is limited aria so 10 Star for the staff and the owner and I sai don't mind those selfish blind customer whom complain for no reason .

Well, I must say I was really looking forward to trying out this little cafe with the beautiful view of the tea fields. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was met with a big ol' CLOSED sign on the door. Talk about a buzzkill! I guess I'll just have to come back another time and hope for better luck. Or, you know, maybe just stick to enjoying the view from afar. Sigh.

The view of the Ishitera tea fields is gorgeous from here. We tried the handmade gelato, and it was delicious! They were sold out of the strong matcha flavour so I just had regular, but I want to come back some day and try both together!

Beautiful little place with the best possible view on the tea plantations. Welcoming service, very delicious food and the ice cream on top. We will be back!

土曜日10時に到着！11時からのランチを窓際の席を予約。テラスにあるベンチで1時間茶畑を眺めて待ちました♪ランチ美味しかったです！また来たいカフェです。

景色がとてもよく、その景色を見ながら、美味しいジェラートをいただくことができます。ランチも予約必至ですが、美味しかったです。
