This is not your usual local organic shop. The standard of these people for natural farming and agriculture is beyond EU Organic or JAS organic. They take food business seriously. They only deal things which are “Honmono” (authentic)
Their products are mostly local but not restricted. You find Italian almonds smoked with local wood chips which are amazing.
Their glass fed milk puddings are awesome too.
It’s located middle of nowhere, but definitely worth the visit.
