Hotel Nikko Nara

Located right next to Nara Station. 15 minutes walk to Nara Park.

Very good customer service. Free welcome drink including sake, wine, coffee, tea and juice at the lounge next to the reception.

Room was clean and spacious. Able to open a big suitcase without problem. Bed and pillows were comfortable for a good night sleep.

Best of all was the checkout time being 1pm.

Stayed there for a week, already felt like 2nd home, the location is in central Nara, close to JR Nara, 24 hours shopping center and other konbini

Perfect location for travelers arriving by train - it is basically right next to the station, yet is very calm to sleep including nice beds. The service (check-in and cleaning) is among the best in Japan and the rooms not only very clean, but also pretty big (double room). For us very good value for money and highly recommended.

I usually am not a big fan of Japanese hotel chains as their rooms seem to be much smaller, but this hotel was one of my favourites in terms of overall experience and quality of their service. The room was large with a nice Japanese bath. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are in Nara.

Excellent facility close to everything you need. Breakfast buffet had traditional Japanese and Western dishes.

Just beside the JR train station in Nara so it was very handy to just drop off our luggage and then wander into town.
It was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the five tiered pagoda (kofukuji) and a further 10 minutes to the main temple in Nara Park, Todaiji.
Really good location since it is very close to the supermarket and restaurants around Nara.
Rooms were nice, clean and large. Plenty of space and even had a table in the room. The staff were helpful and the hotel looked and felt very fancy and high end for a quarter the price.

Downtown , bext to the JR Station but quiet. Alleays good to stay there.

The building is clean and rooms are comfortable. Right attached to the Nara Station, the hotel has a good access to anywhere you go. The nearby supermarket is very convenient.

Wonderful hotel right behind the station, can't beat the location. Our room was very comfortable too, with a beautiful couch inside. Very satisfied.

This place is great. It is clean, safe, and incredibly close to JR Nara Station (50m.) It's prices are also totally reasonable.

Great Hotel, it shares the building with the train station which makes it very convenient, and also it is in walking distance of Nara and its tourist attractions.

Terrific hotel with friendly staff and great location near the Nara JR station. My only gripe is that for a 5 star hotel it could really use a gym.

Clean and wide rooms. Just 2 min walk from Nara JR station. Many restaurants inside and outside the hotel around the station.

Room was very comfortable. The hotel has good wifi. The lobby is impressive.
