A nice park next to the sea. Kids also can play at the beach or ocean. Parking is little bit expensive.

Great park for views and easy hiking. Free parking in Japan is rare and there are plenty of spots. I've been here a few times and I love how empty it is every time. I've pretty much had the place to myself with my dogs every time. I think this is one of my favorite places to chill in my neighborhood.

Got to see a nice sunset around 5:30! (mid-March)
I almost went in heels and was very glad I didn’t…
Parking was free (weekday), there was hardly anyone there, and it was relaxing, beautiful.

Highly recommended. Often parking is free, and not crowded. Great for an easy stroll by the sea. Just make sure to mind the hawks if you want to eat in peace!

This is a fun place to hike. Parking is usually free after beach season (beware holidays). Not really a swimming spot though there is a small sand beach right before the parking lot. Public restrooms are available and quite a few picnic tables. There is a few lookout areas including one specifically for sunsets. The hiking by the water is fun and moderately challenging depending on tides and skill/age level.

Gorgeous hiking area! Perfect spot to set up a small fire and have lunch dinner and watch a sunset. Fun areas to climb.
