We had an awesome birthday trip at Showakan ❤.
All the staff were friendly and nice.
They helped us arrange the shuttle, carry the luggage (and also wiped it clean), prepared dinner and breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable.
We hope to visit here again soon in the future! Wishing you a good day every day : )

One of the highlight of our trip to Japan. Hospitality was top notch and everything was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. We had encountered some incident but the team took extra effort to help us even tho they didn’t obliged to do so. We would definitely come back next time when we back in Japan.

We spent a beautiful two nights here over October - Helpful staff with some English, a very traditional comfortable environment, and an amazing multi course dinner that was immense and diverse. And good value for this sort of experience. Plus you couldn't be more central to town, great for after dinner walks around town in your yukata!

Absolutely gorgeous views! Beautiful yukatas available at the hotel to wear for photographs in the onsen village as well as plenty of places to take photos within. The rooms were very clean, well laid out and traditionally decorated. It was the perfect traditional Japanese living experience.

We were served well over 10 courses of amazing food for dinner in a private room and it was some of the best food we had in Japan.

The hotel's onsen was also awesome, with a decent view and super private. The complimentary hotel shuttle bus to Oishida station was also useful so we didn't have to wait in the cold or risk not being able to get on and having to wait for the next public bus which is not very frequent.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating but speak limited English. We didn't speak any Japanese but still managed. The whole family had an absolutely fantastic time. A must do on any trip to Japan!

The stuff is very nice, they can speak English, and offer coat for you go outside. The Japanese style dinner and breakfast is included all in budget. Price is ok and has nice hot spring.

Clean room. Very freindly staffs. Good food. Very reasonable price. Sento a bit small though. Still highly recommended.

Nice outdoor view.
Owner is good to offer free transport from oishida station.

Tidy and clear room, friendly staff, japanese food is good and the boss is talkative good to return. They have shuttle bus for picking up and dropping off.

Service was great, staff was friendly, food was good and plentiful. Must get stream side room, view is great.

銀山溫泉飯店裡算較容易訂的飯店（還是要搶） 價格在銀山不算貴 位置很好 食物好吃 川景房很棒 坐在窗台看外面下著雪與遊客稀稀落落的很值得 推薦體驗

服務人員親切，飯店乾淨整潔，二樓湯屋水溫適中，六樓戶外浴場水溫稍嫌不足。
飯店內有電梯，有行李的旅客上下樓算方便。
晚餐精緻、好吃、份量足夠。

年末に宿泊しました。
泉質は含硫黄・食塩・芒硝泉の源泉掛け流し、極上です。
屋上に温泉街を見下ろせる半露天があります。
銀山は温泉街の雰囲気を楽しむのが醍醐味ですが、
フロント前のロビーから前の通りを眺めて楽しめます。
食事は純和風、工夫が凝らされた和会席を頂けます。
