Hotel Forza Kanazawa is an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, and the breakfast buffet was simply outstanding. The hotel's location is also excellent, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I highly recommend Hotel Forza Kanazawa to anyone visiting the area.

this hotel meets my expectation. I stayed in a superior triple room for 3 person in Nov 2023. The room quite spacious compare to standard business hotel in Tokyo. Worth the price. Although not the closest hotel from Kanazawa Stn, still ok for me. There is bus stop right in front of the hotel, and also close to Omicho Market. The amenities which available in the lobby are superb I love the bath salt. There was massage machine in the hotel room and also face steamer for skincare. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The served wine and sake for the welcome drink. It was a bit noisy, i could hear the traffic outside but still bearable, or maybe just because i didn't close all the layer of the window behind my extra bed. The staff were nice and speak english. There's free coffee on the lobby. I would like to come back unless i find cheaper, closer hotel with the same or more service.

Amazing Hotel! Forza chain is the best that I’ve ever experienced in Japan for 10 years and 5 trips. Location is always excellent, in Kanazawa it’s just 12 min walk from Station.

The staff is super welcoming, free white wine on check-in, spacious rooms, massager, shoe dryer- it’s always there. Another think worth noting - superior breakfast. Get a room with breakfast always! It’s a wonderful start of the day (from 6:30) and definitely it’s a better option than food 7/11 for breakfast.

Clean rooms with lots of amenities, great translation assistance, free welcome wine, big plus for the in room massager, perfect for calves thighs and back. Seriously don’t underestimate the massager, if you are a desk worker like me you will be walking more in a day then you do in a week, USE THE MASSAGER

The hotel is in nice location. It is very clean. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is full of choices. Above all it is value for money

For the price I paid, this was the perfect hotel for a vacation in Kanazawa. It's around 10-15 minutes of walk from Kanazawa Station and Higashi Chaya District and just 5 minutes of walk away from Omicho Market. There are several bus stops very close to the hotel as well if you don't feel like walking all the time. Staff was accommodating and helpful. The room has a good size, enough for a solo traveler with a big luggage or a couple with two mid-sized luggaes. The room also has separate toilet and bathroom, with a good-sized bathtub and shower with multiple nozzles, which was very refreshing after a long day of vacation. Bathroom amenities were well-stocked and if required, you can go to the lobby for additional amenities (for free). They also provided a massage cushion in the room that made the stay even better!

Very good experience at this hotel. Close to Kanazawa station by foot (around 10 min) and also with the center of the city for sightseeing.
Checking was fast using the screen to put your information. If you need help, of course staff is very kind to guide your through the different steps.
The room for 3 that I booked was very spacious with a lot of unusual equipment (foot massage, air purifier, shoes dryer, and spa shower). Mattresses were comfortable too.

I definitely recommend this hotel!

I knew when I would visit Kanazawa it would be rainy. Therefore I picked out a hotel with good breakfast buffet reviews. Despite the exceptional breakfast with amazingly delicious foods, which I could eat the whole day from, the hotel itself is centered perfectly between the main attractions and the train station. Only 15 minutes walk from most of the attractions around you. I can advise you to take a night walk around the castle walls. The rooms are quite spacious and everything looks clean and new. The small couch is not the most comfortable, but will do when you will be staying here for a couple of days only. Back to the breakfast: good coffee (complementary coffee available anyways during the whole day) some juices and a changing morning menu. There is so much flavour in the food, truly prepared by a good cook! Also the sashimi is kept cool and fresh. I would definitely come back here for leisure, but not for business purposes. Vending machines and two in one laundry machines available for use as well

Staff went above and beyond to find us a quiet twin room. Room was spacious and very well equipped with LG styler, facial steamer and foot massager. Perfect location to explore Kanazawa

Great experience. Room was spacious, the two beds were larger than most Japanese hotels. Complete amenities, a welcome drink (choices, wine, sake or soda), large bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. Very quiet. Good location and the staff are all helpful and patient.

We stayed two nights, and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again if we are in Kanazawa.

The location is great. The train station is 10 minutes walk, and the main sights are another 10-15 minutes the opposite direction. There is a department store across the street that has a large grocery selection in the bottom floor, and convenience stores are nearby.

The room was spacious for Japan, and very quiet (our room faced the parking garage so the view was poor but there was no traffic noise). The bed was firm but comfortable, and the massage machine was greatly appreciated.

The staff was very nice, and spoke English well so our check-in was easy.

There is a microwave, ice, and laundry machines on the 2nd floor. I think the laundry was ¥300 to wash and ¥100 to dry.

Great hotel. Highly recommend if you are interested in doing anything in the area between the station and Tatemachi - which is to say, if you are visiting Kanazawa as a tourist. Mere minutes walk to the station or to Omicho market. Plenty of buses heading from both of those to the castle, the museum, Korinbo, etc.

Service at the hotel was excellent. Our room was clean and modern. The shower and ofuro were great.

One design flaw in our room involved the bathroom light - it comes on automagically when you open the bathroom door. But, the bathroom faces the bedroom and the light shines right onto the bed! So, if I had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I had to enter the sink area, close that door, then open the bathroom door, so that my wife wouldn't get a spotlight in her face while she slept. I feel like they could have thought that one out a bit better. But, the fact that something this esoteric is my biggest complaint gives you an idea of how much we liked the hotel.

The morning breakfast is delicious, and I feel like they changed the menu just enough each day that you could have it a few mornings in a row without feeling like you were in a rut but also without feeling like you were at a different restaurant each day. (Just skip the coffee at breakfast - the complementary coffee in the lobby was better.)

I also like that the breakfast area doubles as a hang out / office / lounge area the rest of the day. We had jet lag and woke up at 3:00 AM many mornings - so we went down to the lounge area and worked at the tables there until they needed to get the area ready for breakfast. Evenings, also, there would be people relaxing there, maybe having some of the wine or sake that the hotel has available for a small charge (or just byob).

Note that the breakfast is a little expensive, but in line with, or cheaper than, what I saw at other hotels we stayed at. IIRC, it was 1,800 yen per person for breakfast. Worth it if you want to try several different dishes.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Luxurious and has everything you need... and more! Massage pillow and really nice shower. Free welcome drink and staff helped us with everything. 10min walk from central station. All for 60euros a night, amazing.

Beautifully designed hotel, just a 10min walk from the station. It was quite busy when we were there, but the reception service was always fast. Lots of small extras included in the stay, like a welcome drink, coffee any time you liked and a wide selection of toilet amenities. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and delicious, both Western and Japanese options! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and even a massage pillow. Probably the best deal price/quality wise in Japan so far!

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed during our trip thru Japan. Rooms are nice. Amazing shower. Beds are comfortable. Highly recommended. Breakfast is amazing too, nog cheap tho.

Nice Hotel, so friendly and helpful stuff!! In a perfect location with short distance to the hot spots. You will get a welcome drink and the bus station in all directions around the corner. Thanks a lot to the Mrs. at the counter who organized our first fugu experience.

The location is incredibly convenient. It's only about 1km from the main train sta., and about half a block from several major bus lines. Walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions in the area. The room was large and comfortable. They even provided a foot massager in room that I used constantly. The hotel staff is great and helpful. Also you can use the luggage service to receive and ship your luggage at the front desk.

Very impressed by the good breakfast and kind staff. I especially want to mention Ms E. Sasayama who had excellent English and was the only person in our entire trip who really made us feel like she connected and made our interactions have a personal touch. Will definitely be back.

Good location and we chose to add one more night because of how good kanazawa is and how comfortable the room was
