Such a great movie theater. Always clean and they have the best popcorn and snacks. They also have Coke Zero!!! Have seen several IMAX movies here Godzilla -1.0 being the latest. (No English or English subtitles) All the staff are friendly and helpful.

I absolutely loved going here! The theatre is beautiful and clean. I wanted to see English dubbed movies (I’m visiting from America) and this place was amazing! Purchasing tickets from the kiosk is easy. Purchasing tickets at a counter was a bit longer but also easy (from experience) you have to ask for assistance purchasing tickets, especially if you are late to a showing and the option is no longer on the kiosk). I went to two showings in one day, both were in “subtitles” but the subtitles were in Japanese with the original language being in English.

Ordering concessions was easy! Even with long lines the process was quick. When you get to the counter there is a mini menu, one side is in English, the other in Japanese which made it very helpful when ordering. I enjoyed the churro and popcorn, both were very yummy and it is nice that the tray fits in the holder so it makes a little table. After the movie it was a very easy process to throw my trash away. There is a section in the hallway where you put your trash and trays which made everything a smooth exit.

The screens are large and the seats are comfortable. I also like that outside of each door has a little poster and seating chart of the movie playing. I went to the cinemas shop which had movie related items as well as cute items from studio ghibli and all. There is also a candy scoop over there aswell.

The bathrooms were private and clean. Some stalls are very small so if you have items it may be a bit tricky to not drop anything when squeezing to shut the door. There are no towels in the bathroom but there is a hand dryer. The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Everyone is paitent and accommodating.

Easy to find within the shopping complex. A nice, clean and modern cinema. A number of drink and food options. Has a board saying when the screens are open for entry. There is a shop for merchandise related to the films, a pick and mix sweet area, a bunch of capsule vending machines and a section with little leaflets for the films that could double as small posters for free (although it suggests you only take 2). Overall, a nice cinema.

Great place, kids enjoyed the movie and the Pop corn. Staff was very helpful. we could relax at a coffee shop next to the theatre.

High quality cinema and English movies are available as well. The staff is friendly and the popcorn is good - I like it 50/50, half with caramel, half with salt.

Best place to watch IMAX if you live near the Shin-Yokohama Area.
