隣の沖銀は、建物二階10台、裏は7台？最初から、少なかったけど、隣の土地を整備した！琉銀さんはどうするの？

駐車場が狭く車の出入りも多いので利用しにくいです。駐車場内の事故に注意して下さい。ATMは2台、やや並びます。

行員の対応は良いけど...いつ行っても駐車場が混んでる。１０～１２台は停められるかな？でも 駐車場もっと広くして欲しい。

This place is absolutely the worst, the worst of the worst! I am so mad right now.
I was a formal service member on the island and separated from military. After separation, I found a local job and in need of a bank account (and debit card) to go on with my life. And I ended up in this bank.
First time I went there, I was still military. They turned me away and told me Japanese resident card and 住民票 are needed. (FYI, it is possible for US service member to have a Japanese bank account with Bank of Okinawa, I got one. You have to live off base though). I understood that.
2nd time I went there with those two documents, they said they need one additional document: work certificate from company. (My work visa and resident card listed I stay here for work. Not acceptable). I asked particularly is that all you need? Answer yes. So I left.
Well, today I went there for the third time. They turned me down again. I have all the documents legally required, but no. You would never guess why. Because I don't speak Japanese.
Because I don't speak Japanese, I am not allowed to open a bank account?? I cannot deposit my money into your bank?! (I don't need a credit card or mortgage) Their explanation was "to avoid future problems".
Bottom line is, you guys know I don't speak Japanese from the first time, why didn't you say so earlier!? I took 3 leaves to your bank and you told me that!? This is such a joke. It is so rude.
This bank is not welcome foreigners and new residents. Anybody doesn't has a job is not welcomed. Dependents of legal resident cannot open a debit card account. No service to anybody who doesn't speak Japanese. I am not sure if it's just this branch, but my suggestion is to avoid this bank overall.

外国人に差別する最低銀行です!
税事務所から過誤納金還付通知書がもらったから、琉球銀行にこのお金を受領しに来ました。銀行側は印鑑がなければ受領できませんって、しかし実際に税事務所に確認した結果は、外国人はサインだけでいいって。そう伝えても、琉球銀行側は印鑑はどうしても必要だって。印鑑がないもん、私のお金を受領するため、わざわざ印鑑を作らなければなりませんですか?そして、銀行側の態度は本当に最悪。なぜみんな沖縄銀行でよく使うことがわかった。

業務委託契約をしている共済の手続きに関して理解もしていない。副支店長にまで質問したが、「多忙だから」と別の機関を指示された。じゃあ、最初から業務委託契約を結ばないでほしい。ここに行ったのは時間の無駄だった。

全然混んでないのに対応が遅すぎる、
何かしら忙しいのかもしれませんが、
お客様対応に人数を増やして欲しい
