This service was amazing! It was a great price and so helpful to have them waiting for us immediately after we left customs. The driver was so kind to wait for us to exchange currency and helped push my husband in a wheelchair. This was perfect for our first time to Japan, as we were not sure how to navigate at that time. We made it from Haneda to the hotel in about 20 minutes. This is an awesome service!

Used the shuttle service when arriving at 7pm from Narita Airport and travelling to a Tokyo Disney Resort area hotel. Had looked at using the trains but would require transfers and take significantly longer. Shuttle service very easy and convenient, staff incredibly friendly and professional. We even got a welcome gift! Staff member was waiting for us when we landed and took us to the shuttle. If you're arriving outside normal business hours or are staying in a harder to reach area highly recommend this service for ease and convenience.

Awesome service considering I don't speak Japanese. We were booked on a Princess cruise which doesn't provide transportation to and from your hotel if you don't arrive the same day the cruise departs. We live in Hawaii so the time difference is +19 hours. You would think there would be a delay in responses because of the time difference, but they were quick to respond to all my emails. Our hotel in Tokyo wasn't on their list, I inquired about it and they made arrangements so they could pick us up. They were on time, the drivers were very, very helpful, the shuttle was clean and their customer service was great. I would use them again!

Amazing transportation service that took the stress out of trying to get to and from the airport on our first trip to Japan. We had excellent drivers both times. They drop you right at your hotel door or the airport gate for a very competitive rate and insist on carrying your bags. Highly recommend them for all international travellers and we will use this service again on our next trip! Thanks Green Tomato!

Due to a booking mix up, we arrived at Narita Airport 1 day early. We had a shuttle into Tokyo booked and paid for, but for the following day. When we asked if they could still take us, they just said no and offered us no alternatives. They couldn't have been less interested in our predicament as first time visitors to Japan.

Bad service i contact them that our flight was change 16 hours before the pick up.
Didnt listen to us at all arrive at the aiport no pick up and dont want to refund us .
They basicly stole our money and its unnacceptable.
I would understand if i didnt say anything or in short time but 16 hours is more then enought to make a switch.
