Facilities are great, easy access to the ski slopes and food options are plenty, no stress during our entire stay even though restaurants had to be reserved in advanced.
They even have a gym, a swimming pool, and cafes inside the hotel! Highly recommended, would definitely love to come back again.

The location of the hotel and service of the staff is perfect. We enjoyed being close to the ski area, the food and the onsens. Would be very happy if we could come back when we have the opportunity.

The room is excellent.
We booked a suite with maximum 4 people.
It has two floor with internal stair and private onsen in room.

The hotel room is very spacious for 3 people. It is near the ski lockers and the slopes. It contains loads of restaurants and recreational activities. From teppanyaki to sushi bars, Korean BBQ to steakhouses, you can definitely have different options for each dinner. I have tried their swimming pool, jacuzzi, karaoke room and public bath, all of them are lovely. They have direct shuttle buses to the onsen and airports. Definitely a fun hotel that won't let you feel bored.

An all in amenities Resort catering to family with and without children, and even couples or lone travellers. Very child friendly with activities n centres to take care of kids, and if you keen to do indoor sports, they have an amazing door swimming pool too and others.

Half board meals choices are amazing, you don't need to eat the same old food everyday if you are here for a few days or more as you have choices among the Japanese restaurant, Steak restaurant, Chinese restaurant Korean restaurant, the Cafe or even the international Buffet.

Shuttle bus runs around the clock, serving the resort well.

Onsen is reachable in less than 5 mins by shuttle bus from front of hotel.
However, the hotel has a public bath itself if you are tired and dont wish to go to the onsen.

Snow sports facilities are well supported and courses at Ski field are great.

Room is clean and bright. Housekeeping is efficient.

The place to be if you want to enjoy your winter sport. Skis and surfboards available for rental. Dining hall is next to the ski field. Halal food available at the notel located next to the ski area

Excellent. The hotel looks old but the service is awesome. Highly recommended for muslim as they have halal food set and private Onsen. The ski trainer was good. We have fun learning skiing

It is good for the price and the food is delicious. Good for skiing. As a skier, this place has really good snow and a slope.

Excellent accommodation and several restaurants to choose from, the buffet had many varieties of dishes, a bit noisy but many Chinese holiday makers as Chinese new year.

The female gate receptionist that can speak Chinese is kind and nice. The tower building room is pretty nice.

Love Top floor duplex room with open-air bath and nice Japanese style breakfast.
