I always like to go ami for family walk & some entertainment.. we went yesterday & its almost empty every time we go.. so easy to look & shop.. u may buy shoes at very low cost even under armor running was around 5000¥ the new balance collection was also good gap kids is empty so no need to go to shop there

I travelled from tsukuba to ami premium outlet. It took around 30 minutes. It is a good place for shopping. As of now, there are great discounts. I will advise everyone to go on weekdays to have a fulfilling experience. Moreover, it will be better to become a member of target brands beforehand to avail extra discount.

It’s a beautiful Premium Outlet Mall here in Japan just like the ones you are familiar with in US. But, wait!....it’s almost surreal to see a big Buddha’s silhouette with palm trees on the horizon!

They have amazing deals like 2+1 free on any product or 50% in most of the stores and some have at least 10% off. Many many great deals. Just come with a full wallet 😂

Mall was quite good. Recommendations for coming here- 98.5/100%. Parking was very large and had signals and zebra crossings as well. Not a very fun place but good.

Best place to explore all the brands Factory outlets in a single place with large number of varieties

This Outlet has some very good brands, and has plenty of food options to choose from. There is plenty of free parking around the area. While I did not see competitve pricing in the stores, they did have a good inventory with sales.

Variety and good prices. I suggest to visit on weekdays. Comparing to other outlets, it is not full of people during the weekdays so I felt comfortable getting in the stores and seeing the goods at my own pace.

There are very good sales of brand stores.
The food court is so so, for me not too many things to choose, but there are also restaurants inside.

The service in all the stores is good, typical Japanese style.

Many brand shop 80%〜40% is possible highly recommenced place for shopaholic people:)

Ami Premium Outlets is very nicely located near to Ushiku Daibutsu Tourist Spot. One can cover both attractions on single journey. Ami Premium Outlets has got all premium brands covered.
1. Parking space is very good - easy to park and near to the shopping area.
2. Food court and food choices are very well covered - you try from pizza/pasta to Indian/Japanese style foods with very wide variety of choices.
3. Tully’s coffee etc are available for quick break.
4. Rest rooms/Parking areas/walking paths are well planned to accommodate elderly and physically handicapped persons as well.
5. This is part of Mitsubishi owned outlets and you will get additional 5% discount on top of the sale prices if you pay using any Mitsubishi Jisho branded credit cards.

A good place for family or friends group get away from daily routines for a relaxed and refreshing day out.

Quiet on week days so a stress free walk around in the morning and no rush to get a table in the food court. A good selection of stores and good time sales - the 50% everything at Adidas was amazing. Great facilities, plenty of parking and lots of friendly staff.

You can find all most all the Branded shops inside this mall. Very clean and nice. It will take more than a Day to end shopping here. Lots of Sales and Discounted items are available in the stores.

Clean outdoor outlet, not too crowded. Spacious parking.
