かれこれ１０年前になりますが　家の娘もお世話になりました
船員に為りたいと　広島から女子寮が有るこの学校でシッカリ学び　海技大まで進みました

不慣れな事も教官達に　色々と教わり楽しい学校生活を送って居ましたよ。

儲かる仕事にありつけて、将来はほぼ苦労しない生活がおくれる！
会社も選び放題、寮生活は多少きついが、卒業すれば、人生の勝ち組だと思う！

昔の名称は「運輸省所管口之津海員学校」
当時は早崎地区にある「国立果樹試験場」と、国の所管の大きな施設で、口之津町を説明する際には必ず話題にのぼりました。
「日本一の船員の町」としての、町に成長の活気が溢れていた時代の良い記憶として残っています。
