TSUDOI guest house/cafe/bar

Great vibe in this small cafe. Friendly staff too. My wife and I popped in for a coffee after washing around the springs with our 11 year old daughter. There was a great selection of books to read too. Good some great advice on local Onsens from the staff.
Oh yes the coffee was great and the¥200 m&m bowls were genius.

Very nice place the staff was really really nice. I asked one of the employees, who could speak great English, about where to eat, and he said that he will go with me, and we ate dinner together, he was so nice. The location was great, and beds were also great. The Unzen station was a minute walk from the hostel, and steam park was also minute walk from there. Would recommend to everybody!

Compared to your typical guesthouse, this one is very clean and well thought out. Extremely easy to access coming either from Nagasaki or Kumamoto sides. The staff is very friendly and cares about the town a lot, encouraging you to try out the various cafes and restaurants even though they have a cafe themselves!

Friendly staff, great food, convenient location and fantastic amenities for the price. Coffee, snack foods and dinner along with alcoholic drinks are available in the cafe downstairs but there are also plenty of local eats around if you want to try new things. The stay comes with a hot spring coupon and you can also pay 3000 yen for a morning guided hike up the mountain to watch the sunrise. I will def be back again!

Nice staff, clean room, nice location and free access (3 for 3 nights?) given for the public osen bath. Free tea and coffe, little fridge to put its food, computer free to use, english guide book at disposition. I recommanded it

The food is good as well

なによりも小規模ドミトリーの良さが存分に感じられる雰囲気で、一緒になった方々とお話したりして家族で楽しく過ごせました。海外の方と日本の方が半々くらいで、みなさん、フレンドリーでした。

スタッフの方々の配慮や対応、清掃も申し分ありませんでした。事前の問い合わせ時の電話対応から期待ができましたが、実際、雲仙岳登山のこと、温泉のこと、街のこと、なんでも親切に教えてくれました。もちろん、お話も面白かったです。

シャワーしかありませんが、近くにいくらでも良質な温泉があります。また、ヤマザキの小さいお店、飲食店、酒屋もすぐです。

駐車場は歩いて1分もかからない場所に公共の駐車場があり、一日500円です。

また雲仙に来たらお世話になりたいと思います。

島原半島は3回目の訪問。初めての宿泊がこちらとなりました。雲仙温泉のど真ん中。バイクを宿の目の前に停められ助かりました。複数台だと分かりません。オーナーとの会話や周辺の散策と温泉に癒やされました。朝のコーヒータイム格別でした。また立ち寄りたいです。次はハイキングかな〜

島原のバス停の真ん前で観光によいロケーションです。チェックインした際に公衆温泉のチケットをいただけます。
オーナーさんはご都合がつく時は、旅を楽しめるよういろんなアドバイスをしてくれました。
このお宿にはお値段では測れないホスピタリティがあります。
雲仙岳はパワースポットというだけあって、不思議な魅力がある街です。
友達とまた泊まりに行きたいです

3600円ほどで宿泊出来て、雲仙観光するのに立地はバス停の目の前で温泉街のど真ん中というこれ以上ないぐらい良い。
寝れればなんでもいいと言う人や、お金をかけずに旅行したい方は利用したらいいと思います。ただ、ゲストハウスなので他のお客様とスペースを共有することになるので、複数人で泊まって騒ぎたいような人達は利用を控えるべきでしょう。
オーナーさんともお話ししてみたかったのですが、今回はイベント前でとても忙しそうだったので残念でした。

男女共用ドミトリーだけでなく女性専用ドミトリーもあるため安心。
若きオーナーさんがナイスガイで、宿の近所の穴場まで連れていってくれ、いろんな話をしてくださいました。
宿には温泉や浴槽はなくシャワールームのみですが、近所の公衆浴場（温泉）の無料チケットを頂けました。
なお、こちらのゲストハウスではバスタオルのレンタルはしていないため、要注意！

とても居やすいゲストハウスだと思います。周りにも色々な観光スポットがあり無茶苦茶良かったです。

夫婦で日本一周中に宿泊しました。

雲仙温泉街の中心で、大変立地が良かったです。
オーナーさんは雲仙のガイドをしており、色々と雲仙の情報を教えていただきました。

大変親切なオーナーさんで、ゲスト同士の交流もあり、とても楽しい場所です。

一泊の予定が、延長して3泊しました。笑
