体育館が県のコロナワクチン大規模接種会場になっています。接種対象者は土浦市・龍ケ崎市・取手市・牛久市・稲敷市・かすみがうら市・美浦村・阿見町・河内町・利根町の方です。駐車場と接種会場をシャトルバスが15分間隔で運行しています。(帰りのシャトルバスは12時台と17時台に1時間の間隔があります)が歩っても5分程度です。接種が終わり(接種後の待機も含め)シャトルバスを待つ間は冷房の効いた待合所バスの中でシャトルバスを待つことができます。帰りもシャトルバスは15分間隔で運行しているので待つ時間はわずかです。また会場に早く行ってしまった場合もこのバスの中で接種時間まで待つことが可能です。2021年7月12日～で終了はわかりません。(7/15時点)
11/21で県の大規模接種(阿見)は終了しました。

本日茨城県大規模コロナウイルス予防接種を行いに行って来ました。医師、看護師、それぞれの従事者の方々、警備の方全ての人が丁寧に対応してくれました。頻繁に声かけしてくれて安心して接種することができ、ありがとうございました

医療系の大学で、学生さんたちは、とても優しく勉強熱心です。
先生方も指導力があり、とてもよい学校だと思います。
