I brought my Honda Elysion to them because the Honda service center quoted me around ¥150,000 for a repair that they can’t even assure will get fixed. Upon diagnosis, Israel recommended referring it to their partner shop, which specializes in electrical. I've got my car back after a week and paid only ¥25,000 for the service they did. Thanks for a job well done!

Was given their information to get repairs done to pass JCI. They were super helpful and provided a good timeframe for repairs. Even when I had to change the time for work, they were very accommodating. Through no fault of their own, they are super busy and wasn't able to get me in till after 2 weeks later so I ended up having to go to another place for repairs. Would caution those that go, the entrance to their shop is not the easiest to get to; both road and space are limited.

I brought my 2004 Toyota Noah here for a second opinion. Camp foster Typhoon motors had quoted ~$1500 to repair the vehicle after I brought it in because of uncharacteristic gas inefficiency, and low idle while stopped. Turns out they hadn't even identified the root cause of the problem. B & M identified the correct problem, and fixed it for closer to $250. B & M is honest, competent, fair, and expedient. Not sure you can ask for more.

Bill has taken care of our cars for the 3 years we’ve been in Okinawa. He has done everything from spark plugs to engine issues to removing a kitten from the dash. There was some very minor body work that needed to be done and he had me bring it in the same day and no charge for the repair. He also didn’t charge for the kitten removal. He does a great job and if needed he works you in. I highly recommend him.

Gone to this shop for a lot of issues, routine maintenance, and JCI. Never feel like they’re taking advantage of me for not knowing anything about vehicles and the prices are always reasonable and fair. Easy to get in on the schedule. Very helpful when I underestimated when my JCI was due and needed to get it done ASAP. Any work I’ve had done is completed same day.

Bill is a great mechanic, a consummate professional and a nice guy. I messaged him with an aircon issue on Facebook and heard back in only a few minutes despite it being outside of business hours. He came by, diagnosed my problem and provided me with pricing for parts in no time at all. Thanks so much!

Needed my driver's side window fixed a day they did an excellent job. Just note, they dont have a waiting room or loaners... but that was bad planning on my end. It was all worth it going to them! Highly recommend 👌🏻

My wife called earlier in the week and asked about the junking process. We were informed that we would receive some yen back from road tax and partial scrap metal but didn’t end up receiving anything. Process was super easy and we were in and out in 10 minutes.

Update: ended up being an error and you do receive yen for junking your car. Got in contact with Bill and he took care of everything! Thank you!

Best repair service with integrity. These guys always deliver for JCI's (shakken) inspections.

Oil change and light bulb change was done in a day. Great price and friendly. Also they speak English.

Have used B&M many times for regular maintenance, JCI, and towing. Bill can do pretty much anything you need and if he can't, not too prideful to help outsource your needs to another qualified shop. He and his family go out of their way to get you back on the road.

Honest, fast auto repair. He has gone above and beyond to get me parts for my car even on a Japanese holiday, when many places are closed. I have used Bill and his wife for simple service (oil change, a/c charges, spark plugs), to water pump replacements. They do take CC for an additional fee. They changed locations from Sunabe seawall over to Uruma (near botanical gardens), where they have more parking.

Hands down the easiest and fastest and most honestly priced auto repair store on island. They have helped us with everything from JCI’s to auto body painting and repair and even tires. We won’t go anywhere else.
