Ashtanga Yoga Okinawa

Early in the morning, the fragrant smell of incense, the people who are there for their practice with whatever they are going through in their life, the sound of breathing, the sweat we sweat, the challenge of the poses and the repetition of the movement... it's all wound up to the incredible status of bliss at the end of each practice. I truly appreciate Przemek's yoga class in my life. I am happier, lighter, and a little more grounded. =)

Do you want to put your legs behind your head, twist your body in an Indian knot, control your heartbeat and learn to levitate? It only takes a few lives if you follow the instructions given in the class… More seriously, at first only curious to see where this practice leads, over the time, I got taken by the careful, personalised and dedicated attention that the teacher gives in the class (there is a personal practice and a led class), by the awareness of my body’s movement and position, but most importantly by the peace it helps bringing in my daily life. It takes patience, but you harvest what you sow.

Over the years my chronic back pain is gone, so is the scoliosis that my orthopedist said I would have for life. ♥☀ I’m incredible grateful
