２０２１年4月16日午前１１時ごろ岡本支店で年配の銀行員が記入欄の書き方頼んでいないのに間違えて指示してきた。印鑑を押すとき後ろに張り付いて指導してきた。しかも倒れ込んで体が接触してきた。コロナ禍なのに非常識だ。窓口で最初に書いていたのが正しかった為書き直した
後ろに逃げて謝りもしなかった。付き添って頂いた野村不動産の社員の方には更に失礼な態度であった。永年ufj銀行を使って来たがあり得ない行動であった。
