Kobe Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers

Great service, club lounge, and excellent breakfast. Connected to station so easy access with attached mall and food options including Crazy Burrito with extensive vegetarian options that were amazingly tasty.

I Have been here last week. As for the marriott highest platinum member, the room was upgraded to highest floor and the view was fantastic. The hot spring was really best of best. And morning buffet was really nice for toast, fish, egg etc. Everything was really nice. I rarely leave the review, but i cannot help writing it.

I was very happy with my stay at Kobe Sheraton. The front desk staff, concierge and restaurant staff were all very friendly and courteous. The overall service was excellent. I was also impressed by its onsen (hot spring)— what a treat! Front desk manager Asahi was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help, I really look forward to my future stay at this property. Although it is not located in the city center, there is a bus going directly to the Sannomiya station and there are other public transportation to go to the city center. I strongly recommend Kobe Sheraton.

Bay Sheraton Kobe hotel is located in Rokko island, Kobe, facing Osaka bay. The hotel has a natural hot springs facility with steam sauna and hot dry sauna. They have a nice view Teppan Yaki restaurant as well as a buffet restaurant on the ground floor. I stayed here more than 100 nights.

We stayed at the Sheraton while my daughter played in a volleyball tournament at the Canadian Academy. It was a short walk - about 4 blocks - to the school, so it was a good location. There are plenty of places to eat - we really liked a small mom-and-pop noodle place near the McDonalds - and some small, quaint bars to go to nearby. The hotel itself was quite nice, but the gym/pool is not free for guests and costs about $10 to use the gym and almost $20 to use the lap pool. The breakfast was quite nice and the hotel has a sports bar that shows all of the big sporting events. (was a rugby game while we were there)

so wonderful, the staff was amazing and knew English very well, everyone was so polite. I had my laundry done, best service I've ever experienced. very clean and super new looking. the bath was amazing and the location couldn't have been better. I would highly recommend staying here!!

A deluxe hotel that is very comfortable and inexpensive. We had a great lunch in the Kobe Grill, delicious food skillfully prepared on the grill in front of us. It was surprisingly inexpensive, for the service and quality. The beef was excellent. I loved the grilled garlic chips. The salad was interesting and tasty, not the same old boring lettuce and tomato. We were on the Club floor, so had access to drinks and snacks from morning to night. We had breakfast there and were completely satisfied with the variety, quality and ambience. Our room had a great view of Kobe and was quite comfortable. According to my wife, there is a very nice onsen, but I didn't try it. There are complete instructions for using the onsen for foreigners unfamiliar with the bath protocol. It's not very convenient for central Kobe, but there is an airport shuttle to Osaka.

Hot springs facilities are very good. Standard rooms are more spacious than common Japanese Hotels. Good services are provided from generous and hospitable staff. The hotel is not in Kobe Center, needing to take buses or trains to city center.

I didn't stay at this hotel, rather I enjoyed their lunch buffet which was very tasty. The view is pretty and all of the food was great. The purple taro ice cream was killer. Even better than the stuff you get in China which is saying something because it's good stuff.

If you are staying in or near Kobe, the Kobe Bay Sheraton can seem like its out of the way but it is only a short train ride from Sannomiya to Sumiyoshi and then a change to the Rokko Liner (mono rail) which is its own fun little experience.
The hotel and staff are amazing and very helpful and they will try if you dont speak Japanese :)
Rooms are always clean and nice, Club floor lounge is a great place to relax, have a beer or wine and even get a little work done if you get the club floor.
The Onsen is awesome. The hotel used to be great without it but is even better with it!!!

The room was a bit dated but it was spacious and convenient enough with comfortable beds. Onsen and breakfast were the best!

Had buffet lunch and there was a wide selection of cuisines. Something for everyone! Location is nice but fairly remote, you need to head to Sannomiya for the proper Kobe experience (about 25 mins via train)

Our stay at the Kobe Bay Sheraton was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible and we're very friendly. I would highly reccomend this particular location for their stellar service. Their onsen is also well kept and an enjoyable experience as well.

My go to spot when visiting Kobe. Rooms are a bit dated but the location is convenient and the staff courteous. If you’re looking to use the Onsen be aware of their no tattoo policy.

good service with nice staff & hot springn & convenient access to the train. however better to stay in Sannomiya area if you want to spend your time till midnight in Kobe central area.

The location is a bit out of the way, but the train station on the hotel's doorstep makes a trip into Kobe fairly painless. And the quieter setting makes it a perfect way to enjoy the in-house onsen.

Great service! Kaneko san at front desk was amazing at check in and Kawano san at Kobe Grill made sure we had a wonderful time at Kobe Sheraton! Will be back!

It's very luxurious! And the onsen is amazing. It also has like a shoping mall in it and is connected to a train line. And it is located in the middle of the Island

Excellent hotel. Not much to do on Rokko Island but a short train ride away from Sannomiya Station.

Amazing room and breakfast was amazing as well. Really nice view and the spa and tennis courts are great bonuses as well
