Kushiro Fisherman's Wharf MOO

A nice small Mall at the river/bridge. There are souvenir shops, a Japanese snack/sweet shop, restaurants, art gallery.
On the first floor, There is a very unique claw crane machine that you can catch a Live Crab!
There is a Japanese candy shop that sells very cheap childhood candy.
Its a nice mall, I didnt expect that it will be so quiet.
We were there Monday noon-afternoon, the shops opened maybe like just 50%. Its sad to see that Not much people visiting either. I wish more people come visiting here so the local business will be able to survive.
We went back at night to eat at the second floor Yatai (street food stalls) Food is great!

This place looked depressing from outside but it’s only a deception. Go to the 2nd floor where all the food stalls located, you would be amazed. The Italian homemade pasta was excellent, you won’t be disappointed👍🏻

We visited Fisherman's Warf MOO to buy Sanmanma. It is really tasty :) Currently, Robatayaki is served at the side of MOO and looks really nice. We would like to try on our next trip.

Great many stores with interesting products

There are a lot of interesting places inside the building including souvenir shops, a big aquarium with sturgeons and flatfish, a japanese sweets shop and others. A big garden that is kept warm even in winter is connected with the main building by the bridge on the second floor and by the corridor on the first. There are some lovely japanese-style bars spot on the second floor. The famous bridge of four seasons and the Kushiro river with its boats and sea gulls are just outside the building. There you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world.

Marketplace with a broad selection of seafood restaurants. Had many delicious meals here and bought many fine ingredients to bring home with me following my vacation; excellent selection of high-quality seaweed.

Nice market. There was cultural experience activity at the Green house the day we visited, such as Kimono dress up, paper cutting, origami crane, etc. Great fun!

Great variety of foodstuffs, especially seafood, souvenir items and sweets. Toilet facilities are great, also with bidets, I love them!

Good place for food.

バス待ち時間の間に、お土産、食事いろいろ楽しめます。
2階にハローワークもあるので、釧路移住の検討もできる貴重なスポットです

漁船がたくさんライトアップされ停泊。
夜の風景がキレイでした。
炉端焼きなど飲食店はいくつかあり、旅行滞在中に一度は食事するには良いと思います。

観光客の方だけでなく、地元民も楽しめる施設(^ ^)

昭和レトロ感も漂う、なんだか懐かしい感じがする施設。

釧路の特産品がいっぱい、飲食店もいろいろあり、観光について色々わかるコーナーなどもあり、とても楽しい！

焼きチーズ、美味しかった！
チーズを焼いてあるだけなのに、なんであんなに美味しいんだろう〜

チーズは糖質がほぼゼロなので…お土産にしたら喜ばれますね。
関東に帰宅する時、お土産にたくさん買って帰ろう。

久しぶりにチョコレートが食べたくなり、ロイズのチョコレートも購入。

2階ではwifiも飛んでいるし、隣には素敵な緑のドームみたいな施設もあるし。。

アウトドアショップは、センス良いものがたくさん。

散歩したり外出する時用の、素敵なアメリカ製の帽子や、ずっと探していたスパイス「ほりにし」を見つけて即買い♪

これからちょくちょく利用させていただきます。

店舗数が前より減りましたね…

お土産探しには良いです。

近くには幣舞橋が有り良い場所にあるので散歩がてら利用するのにおススメです。

飲食店や岸壁炉端もあります。

運河沿いにある海鮮などを販売するショッピングモールです。
５月からはモールの外にテントが設置され、最高に美味しい本格炉端焼きがいただけます。

コロナ禍の影響があったのでしょうか、お店は寂しい状態で、週末なのに観光客も少なかったです。けれども、地元の人も利用しているようで、親子ずれや子供たちが楽しそうにお菓子などを買っている姿も見られました。

観光客としては、2階が便利だと思います。観光パンフレット情報や釧路についてプチ学べるコーナーもあり、初めて釧路を訪れた方は立ち寄ってもよさそうです。
釧路湿原の資料は学術的なものまでありました。

ロケーションは釧路川傍で、大きな建物は外見は印象的です。
夜はライトアップされ、幣舞橋も合わせて素敵な風景を見せてくれていました。

フィッシャーマンズワーフｍｏｏ内には色々な商業施設も入っていますが、１階にお土産コーナーなどいろいろあります。
その中に、魚政さんのさんまんまがあります。
冷凍のお持ち帰りもありますが、その場で食べることもできます。
丁寧に骨を取ってあるので食べやすいし、甘塩っぱくて秋刀魚のクセもなく美味しかったです。
炙っていただいてから持ってきていただけるので、ご飯はふわふわで程よく暖かかったです。

お土産屋さんの中にはカニのUFOキャッチャーもありました。

そして夜は炙り焼きのお店側でライトアップの中でスポットライトにイラストを当てて動かしていました。
とても綺麗でした。
