It's spacious and relaxing. It's a cool place for those who want to go shopping. Branded. It's so big that if you can spend a whole day on vacation, it's great to enjoy. There is also an Asia Food shop, which is convenient

hugh outlet on outshirt of Tokyo. Need to go by car..So if you are tourist and not rented a car then this will not suit you.
Many shops, all you can find but I found as for shopping the premium outlets are better. however, this has a super Aeon store where you can buy a lot of groceries home. Recommended

Tourist here. We got here from Shinagawa. Took us about 1 hour plus and ticket price of 746 yen one way. Comfortable journey. Even passed a park with cherry blossom trees in bloom.

Huge mall. From the station we rode up the escalator and entered the regular aeon mall. 3 floors with name brands on the 2F. And more wallet friendly shops on 3F. 1F were more food options and a supermarket. Also a food court which was crowded constantly.

This mall on the 2F leads to the outlet mall. The outlet mall radiates in 3 arms from a central atrium. There was a magic show that Sunday we were there. Unfortunately not all the shops were open and the new ones only opening end Mar.

Very busy on a Sunday. The regular mall busier than the outlet mall. There were some bargains to be had. Just have to explore.

If you happen to be in the area, or want to go outlet shopping and won't mind the commute, this place offers a lot of outlet stores, especially for shoe brands like Asics, New Balance, Sketchers, and others. They have amazing deals and prices.

Aeon lake town is one of wonderful places to spend some quality time from the heck tick and boring life of Japan. At least we can see many peoples walking here and there which is impossible to see outside of bigger malls. Its so quiet in japan 🇯🇵 which i don’t like really.

A very big outlet space with very well color coded avenues and shop layout by the lake. Very adjacent to the Laketown metro station. Has a massive car parking space. It is connected to the AEON store.

A great variety of stores to shop at with a mall right next door. It's a must when visiting Saitama. The overall environment is very welcoming and relaxing. The open space is nice so it does not feel overly crowded.

Aeon's largest store in Tokyo. Everything is comfortable, including the bathroom, rest area, food street, and children's play area

Very famous shopping mall for anything you need, i was there for a birthday lunch and had a nice experience with friends, parking is free for 5 hours and it is a very big car park. you can find almost anything, we find a very good buffet for very cheap price as compared to food variations and quality

Lake town outlet very beautiful place for time passing.
Clothes and other things are very expensive. But love this place.

So far one of the best oulets in Japan, a lot of famous brand stores, good discounts, seasonal sales, English is available, also money exchange, and next to it, there are two other huge shopping malls, so you'll need a day if you are there for the first time and don't know the location of each store you need, also many places you can eat good food, they have huge parking and the view to the lake is nice

Despite the distance from my hotel (in Kanagawa) this is the only shopping you need for your trip to Tokyo. Their outlet mall nearby has everything I wsd looking for at quite shocking prices. Also they have ichiran ramen as well.

You can spend a whole day with your family/friends. It’s thaaaat huge. I heard it’s the largest mall in Japan.

Outstanding! Probably the best outlet mall in all of Kanto with Kisarazu Outlet being a close 2nd.

Over 700 stores. 2days to look. Free parking. Very COVID- focus. Cant wait to ttavel

One of my favorite shopping place in Japan. So many shops with great offers and great stuff. Must visit!
