It is quite convenient to take a coach from Tokyo Station to the Park at ¥1400 single trip. However, they have a package by paying ¥3150 and you will get ¥2500 coupon for spending inside the Park.

The coach station is located at the B2 of Tokyo Mid Town Yaesu while ticket office at B1. The sign board indication inside the building is very clear.

There are 6 departures per day starting from 9:05 am to 11:35 am at line 12 b and 6 returns from 15:30 pm to 20:30pm. It takes about 45 minutes to the Park from Tokyo Station.

Don't expect the price very low. That is about 20 to 30% lower than the normal.

Very convenience to travel from Tokyo to the kisarazu outlet, took a bus from Tokyo station and the journey took less than an hour for 1400 yen or you can choose to pay 3150 yen for bus and get a voucher of 2500 yen that you can use in the outlet for both food and shopping...saving of 750 yen.

There is a food court within the outlets too with sufficient good choice.

The discount is depends very much on the brand you bought, I got 3 winter wear from Oakley at less than 25,000 yen after discount and tax rebate.

To me it’s a better choice compared to going to Gotemba which is more than 2 hours away and the return bus from there is 5.30 pm, while Mitsui is at night around 8.30 pm to Tokyo Yaesu bus terminal.

Comfortable bus ride from Kasai in front of Mister Donut, 50 minute travel time. Big outlet mall, lots of brands, worth visiting

Big sales in most of the shops, especially the Nike shop, the items are fashionable. It is convenient to do the tax return (some are done in the shops, some are done at the tax return counter in food court). You won’t miss the tempura restaurant in food court, the 天丼 is super delicious.

While Mitsui Outlet Park Kisarazu located in Tokyo’s neighbouring prefecture across the bay Chiba is not all that far from the centre of Tokyo, it is not the most convenient outlet mall to get to. However, if you’re located close to Tokyo Station then it’s easy to catch a 45 min direct bus ride to the mall from Tokyo Yaesu Bus Terminal just across from the station. However, it should be worth the hassle with the expanded mall now housing over 300 local and international brands including luxury labels. Of note there are more than a dozen brands like Balmain and Mulberry that are exclusive to the mall. There are also plenty of food options including a large food court. Tip: catch the bus at 7.30pm back to Tokyo before the mall closes at 8.

Took a 45min bus from Tokyo station which cost us 3000 yen (return) to visit this huge outlet with many big brands' markdown store.
Ride was comfortable and we could even see the beautiful skyline of Tokyo while comuting there.

A great place to enjoy shopping experience that won’t squeeze your wallet dry.

They have varieties of stores from high-brand ones such as gucci, coach, etc to the a more casual brands like nike, adidas, etc….

They also have a wide variety of restaurants so you can simply have lunch or dinner here whole shopping.

Oh and have I told you that the items sold here are usually heavily discounted?

This is a nice big mall with a very American outdoor mall feel (like Old Orchard in Skokie, IL). I went to the food court with a dozen friends. It was really nice and big with lots of options for every taste including ramen, udon, tempura, gyoza, yaki niku, donburri rice bowls, katsu curry, Korean food, and fruit desserts, There were also food stores and special displays for baked goods, chocolate, coffee, and more! All my friends got different things to eat from different restaurants and service was quick for everyone. I chose a Roast Beef Donburri restaurant because their bottles look like a mountain with egg yolk lava and it was good! Slow roasted medium rare beef sliced over rice with an egg yolk to make tamago kake (egg rice) served with sweet onion sauce and your choice of seasoning (I chose horseradish).

First, you need to grab a floor map of the outlet park as it was large and a bit scattering to navigate around. Not only was the number of stores were impressive, the quality and variety of products were equally so. PLUS, the restaurants in the food court of the outlet park did serve decent and cheap food. Highly recommended.

The factory outlet is very large. You can enjoy shopping for a whole day. One of good thing is free-of-charge locker. After you purchase, you can put your stuff in locker at any time.

Fantastic place for family with childen play area, good mix of local and international brands. Foodcourt sells delicious food, lucky to try the popular Tempura Don from Nihonbashi and indeed live it up to its good reputation without the long queue as you would expect in Nihonbashi.

I liked these outlets a lot. It’s very large and they have lots of variety. I like this one more than Gotemba because in my opinion it’s easier to navigate and I like the shops they have here better. Most shops are the same but there’s some that are here and not at Gotemba. There were a lot of people but not too many and the lines weren’t long. But that could depend on when you go. I highly recommend visiting at least once.

If you are into shopping for high quality merchandise in Japan, this is one of those places. The Asics Walking store is one example of rare high quality goods.

Kisarazu Mitsui Outlet Park is same as other Mitsui Outlet Parks but it is near Tokyo so more convenient. On Holidays and Weekends you may need to park your car in outside parking which is bit far because during that time parking near Outlet is full. Recommended

The outlet nearest Tokyo in my opinion. They’ve got a great list of stores and an awesome food court. They also just extended the outlet so it’s almost 25% bigger.
