Kamigata Hot Spring Ikkyu

I read the other reviews. It was not crowded when I came but there weren’t any tour buses dropping off large group of tourists. I understand that I’m giving it a high review while others may give it a low review based on their experiences. There were a lot of cool baths. I especially loved the tea bath. There was salt available to use as an exfoliator near the sauna. There aren’t any English directions that I can remember but the basic Onsen rules apply. Washing before you enter, etc. There was a language barrier but it seems like their tattoo policy is: if you’re a foreigner from a country where tattoos aren’t affiliated with gangs, the tattoo isn’t large, and it’s not on your arms, it’s okay. I did purchase their skin colored bandages and they told me to make sure to completely soak my body so that it’s not totally exposed at all times. I also brought a smaller towel that I could cover my back tattoo with but kept it on my head or on the side when I was in the bath. This was not a requirement.

Best onsen that I’ve been. Water was almost silky. My mum loved it as well. Definitely I’d visit again.
There’s a shuttle bus as well. I think there was a vending machine for milk in changing room but we decided to have dinner in the restaurant which was alright.

This onsen is heaven on earth. I have been going to this hot spring spa for many years. We live right down the street. They have showers and of course a lot of different kind of hot spas. Ht, really hot, warm and cold spas are available. There are spas inside and outside. There is a steam sauna and a dry heat sauna as well. Ahhhh. The sauna is so hot it's hard to stay in there for a long time! Perfect! You can also eat food there too and get a massage as well. Like I said, this is the best place on Earth!

A little bit far from city centre but still reachable by bus :) No English instructions but staff was helpful! It was very crowded when I visited as there was a big tour group visiting.

RE-OPENS ON 30TH MARCH !!! we stupidly rocked up after a long day of universal without checking the open hours etc (walked 20 mins from the station oomph) and just thought i’d update everyone so nobody else gets keen for a soak & then is met with a cheeky late night bus ride back to the station with sore leggos.

Things were going well until my towel fell off and I got hit with kendo sticks.

유니버셜 스튜디오 근처에 있고, 무료 셔틀도 운행중이라 찾아가기 어렵지 않았어요. 구조 자체는 대중 목욕 시설이지만 온천수를 사용하는데, 源泉掛け流し 키워드로 검색했을 때도 표시되는 것을 보면 물을 섞지 않은 100% 천연 온천수 그대로인 것 같아요.

노천탕도 분위기 있고 750엔의 저렴한 입욕료가 맘에 들었습니다. 수건 대여도 200엔으로 가능해요. 발권기에서 입욕료랑 같이 결제하시면 돼요. 매일 돌로 된 탕과 나무로 된 탕이 남탕, 여탕으로 번갈아 바뀌는데 저는 돌로 된 탕을 사용했어요. 나무 탕도 한번 가보고 싶네요. 관리가 잘 된다는 느낌을 받았습니다.

내부 식당도 잘 되어 있어요. 리뷰 찾아봤을 때에는 귀여운 카레가 제일 많이 보이길래 어린이용일까 싶었는데, 짭짤한 맛이 강한 자극적인 느낌이었어요. 짠거 싫어하는 분들은 다른 메뉴가 좋을 것 같지만 저는 하루 종일 바쁘게 돌아다니다 와서 그런지 자극적인 음식이 그렇게 맘에 들더라구요. 가라아게, 새우튀김 등 토핑도 여러종류 다양하게 올라가서 재방문하게 되면 또 카레를 먹어볼 것 같아요.

大阪市内の天然温泉です。
わたしは週に1回程度利用しています。
特に土曜日は天然の薬草を袋に入れた「薬湯」があります。
薬草の香りに癒されます。
この薬湯は少し刺激があるので子供さん注意した方が
いいかもしれません。
その他に、炭酸風呂、電気風呂、サウナ、露天風呂、足湯など低温から高温まであります。
月に1回シルバーデーがあり、60歳以上の方は1回無料の入浴券がもらえるのも魅力です。
奇数日、偶数日で男女のお風呂場は入れ替わります。
食堂の風呂カレーは子供が大はしゃぎでした。
送迎バスも利用できます。駐車場や駐輪場も広く利用しやすい天然温泉です。

堺市鉄砲町方面から、高速道路で上方温泉一休近くまで行きました。大和川に架かる橋を渡ってからの、主に海上近くに架かる道路からの眺めは素晴らしいものでした。その先に一休はありました。すべてのお湯が温泉だそうです。温めの湯船が多く、長く入っていられます。塩を体につけることができる蒸気サウナは、熱すぎるけれど面白い。食堂には豪華なカレーのメニューがあるようです。一人で食べきることができたら無料になると書いてありました。

USJの側のホテルから無料バスが走っていて便利でした。
脱衣所から出るといきなり寒くてびっくり。
脱衣所からすぐに露天風呂に行ける構造は初めてでした。内湯よりも広そうな露天風呂でとても良かったです。
レストランもメニューが豊富で、値段もリーズナブルで味も良く非常に良かったです。
