親切、丁寧、笑顔

不在票の書き方も知らず受付も不親切。非を認めず喧嘩腰の対応。配送しても届くのは遅く、不快以外の何物でもない。
マイナス評価を着けたい郵便局。

レターパックを船便で送られ、普通なら1日2日で到着するものが5日もかかった。説明を求めても、航空機で送られたはずだと嘘をつかれた。発送から4日後に実は船便で送ったと説明があって、小さなボタン電池を航空機搭載不可とおもっているようです。時計は飛行機に乗せられないと思っている！？ 対応や説明関係含めてひどい目にあいました。

荷物を発送する為にたまたまこの郵便局に来たのですが、対応と愛想が悪く、二度とこの郵便局は利用しません。星1も付けたくないぐらいです。
