La Vita e Bella

This restaurant is wonderful! I loved the ambiance, views of the river, and of course the food.

My partner made a reservation for us while we were visiting the area and this was my favorite meal of the entire trip. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and even spoke some English. Genuinely though, the food was wonderful. The appetizer, soup, fresh bread (yum), pasta and pizza were all some of the best food I've had. Best of all the space is relaxing and fairly small, so you can enjoy your dinner in peace.

If you are planning on visiting Gero Onsen, I highly recommend stopping by here! I plan on coming again myself as soon as possible.

SUPER FRIENDLY WAITRESS AND AMAZING COOK!!! Their English is very good and they even speak some Italian. My Italian girlfriend and I were amazed by the meals. Appetizer, salad, bread, pasta, pizza and deserts, everything was perfect.

We highly recommend this restaurant, in case you are looking for some alternation to Japanese food after travelling for a couple of weeks.

In case, we come back to Gifu, we will definately stop by again.

Excellent! Everything is great. Food is outstanding. Staff is super friendly and you feel at home with a wonderful view. English menu. Great restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Get the lunch special! The dessert, bread, pasta and pizza were all delicious. The staff are also super nice and attentive! Would come again definitely to enjoy the beautiful view and the great food.

My friend from California, my boyfriend and I went to La Vita e Bella for pizza. The staff speaks English really well and they are super nice. The course menu that was suggested was definitely worth it! They switched the appetizer for the soup, since we don't eat fish and they explained what everything was. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. I totally recommend this place and would love to visit it again when I visit Japan in the future.

I loved my experience at La Vita e Bella! The food is wonderful with a great selection of pastas, pizzas, and others and it was so delicious. I got the lunch set with salad, bread, pasta, and desert for a great price! The atmosphere is so cozy and the back dining room has a lovely view of the river. The staff was also incredibly kind and friendly as well as attentive. Please give them a try if you visit Gero!

Great food and service. Much better food and value compared to the typical hotel fare. Had my wife’s birthday dinner here and we were very happy.

とても美味しくいただきました。料理はコースで、メインを選べますが、二人でパスタと肉料理を頼みました。二人でシェアなので、量は半分のはずなのに、一人前近く感じました。特に肉料理は絶品で、プラス料金払っても納得の味とボリューム、美しさでした。
下呂温泉に行った時は、また伺いたいです。

食事はラ.ヴィータさんで食べれば良し

素敵な見晴らしでパスタも美味しかったです。シェフのこだわりが色々有りまして料理は美味しいです。

ランチに立ち寄らせて頂きました。
久しぶりに美味しいモッツァレラの入った美味しいパスタを頂き大満足です。
お腹が空いていたら豚肉のメニューを食べたかったなぁ！

薪ストーブで暖かな店内に、料理と接客も素晴らしかったです。席だけ予約して、ランチセットをいただきました。

二人で別々のパスタ・ピザを注文しましたが、シェア出来るように一人前を2つの皿に分割して提供してくださったり、心配りも素敵でした。オプションで追加したスープ、前菜もとても美味しかったです。

河沿いで景色も開けており、雪を眺めながら素敵な食事ができました。

9月の暑い日、事前に予約して伺いました。セレクトランチに前菜とスープを追加。メインはこちらの口コミで評判の良かったトマトスパとナスのピザをチョイス。どちらもトマトベースとなってしまいましたが、大変美味しくいただけました。前菜、スープのクオリティも素晴らしく、個人的には冷たいビシソワーズがお気に入りとなりました。それぞれ+550円は安すぎると思います。追加する事をおすすめします。

当日のタイミングが良ければ飛騨川を眺望できる席に案内していただけると思います。マダムとシェフの接客も大変素晴らしかったです。また下呂に行く際は必ず伺います！

大好きなイタリアン料理屋さんです。
下呂に行った際には予約して利用するお店です。（予約した方が良きです）
ここのパスタが本当に美味しくて、初セッション時には感動しました。程よいパスタの硬さ、またトマトの味の絡み合い。味も食感もどれもバランス良く、美味し過ぎます。
女子には（少なくとも私には）量が多かったので、連れで行かれる際には片方ピザ頼んだりと半々で食べるのをオススメします（店員さんオススメ）
また、ジュースも珍しいのがありオレンジジュースや、ブドウジュースは濃厚です☺
店員さんの明るく気配りが冴えてらっしゃっるところや、店内から川が一望でき、下呂の雰囲気も楽しめれると思います✨
料金はやや高めですけど、それに見合うおもてなし内容だと思います！
