This is my third time booking a private class with this yoga studio.

I gave it 5 stars as I obviously have returned, and can see myself making this a more regular thing.
The private class is quite affordable. I feel like in the states it would be double.
I've never really done yoga before however so I can't speak on the prices, but everyone I've spoken to and told had said the price sounds great.
The process is, I speak with the instructor via text and we set a time. Then they set up a link for payment. We can have multiple people join up this way and each person can pay seperately if needed. You can also pay for everyone through the link all at once so it appears flexible. You can also arrange for cash payment and forego the link.

They have regular classes but I can't speak on those since I have not attended one yet. My experience is with the aerial yoga.
If/when I do, I will update my review.
So far I am loving the classes as it's helped with my lower back and hip pain a lot.
Our instructor is also very friendly and personable.

Parking is difficult if you go there the first time.
You cannot park directly on the street. There are 2 spots on the side of the building in the side street part.... But if you cannot park there, you can keep going down that road until you see a park. I'm told you can park there without getting ticketed.

They take American dollars here to my knowledge. The link we have used is in USD.
I'm unsure if they take yen. They do take credit card if you pay with the link
I have also paid with cash before.

I tried aerial yoga for the first time at this studio and it was an amazing experience! I was nervous at first but our instructor, Yuka, taught us all the poses and ensured our form was good. The environment is uplifting and a great space to relax and also get a good workout. I am excited to come back!

I can not say enough about The Okinawa Yoga Studio. Not only do they offer classes at times conducive to my work schedule, but they also have wonderful instructors who have helped me come back from years long injuries. The yoga is challenging but still still gets you in a calm head space. I appreciate not only the movement sequences, but also the playlist of all the instructors. It takes a special person to make alternative rock and country relaxing!

I’ve tried yoga a few times and could never get into it but had a really good experience at Okinawa Yoga Studio. It’s a very modern, welcoming studio. They played really good music and the yoga instructor was great at walking us through the poses and breathing so it wasn’t too difficult for a beginner like me.

I have always enjoyed yoga, but this yoga studio made me fall in love with the vibrations and challenges that come with the more difficult poses. I struggle with my ego, and they remind me to leave that outside the studio. They incorporate strength building all while teaching you to create harmony within your body and mind. I aspire to be as strong as the ladies that teach the classes.

Join a class and you won’t regret. There are fun classes like beer and yoga too! I will really miss this place when our chapter in Okinawa comes to a close.

I have had the opportunity to have private lessons with Nikki as a way to learn yoga at a slower pace. She is a good teacher and great at encouraging progress and challenging my perceptions of personal growth.

My husband and I attended Hot Yoga at the weekend 0800 class. We have never practiced yoga in a classroom setting and this was wonderful. Small class size, detailed instructions, and they pay attention to the class and see where we need gentle reminders (or the shades pulled on a sunny day). We will definitely keep coming back.

I've never tried hot yoga until I came to Tammy's studio. I enjoyed it and kept going for months, 3 times a week. I love her vibe and how she practices with all of us. The flow of the classes is amazing. Her classes are intense but any level yogis are able to keep up with her. I've tried Hot Yoga, Hot ROM, Hot CORE, personal class, Beer and Yoga, and also GLOW Yoga and they are all amazing. She also plays fun music and it is all just a wonderful experience 😍 Recommend!

The Okinawa Yoga Studio has changed my life!! I was so timid in the beginning - never having done yoga - I expected to be unable to keep up. WRONG - Chris's style of yoga "The bridge between Cross Fit and Yoga" is an AMAZING workout and with her instruction anyone can follow along! Her staff is equally as great - I am super inspired by everyone of them... I am met with a smile and honestly cannot really begin my day with out them!! I have lower back pain (approx 10 years now) and in about a months time of doing Yoga 4 times a week (I am addicted!!) my body has changed dramatically, body fat is melting away and I am seeing muscle definition again!! BUT my back pain is manageable without pain killers or steroid shots. I know if I keep up with my yoga in no time I will be completely pain free. It has allowed me to branch out into other sports as well...kickball and now roller derby!! I also have a spark to learn more about yoga, maybe a 200 hour teacher class is in my future...? You have to come and see Chris & her staff - they rock and you will soon be addicted!!

The Okinawa Yoga Studio is not your average yoga place. Which is exactly why I love it so much. The Hot Flow Yoga class is all about fitness, strength and mobility. Chris is so welcoming, the music keeps the class upbeat and extra fun, and the classes are constantly varied. I leave knowing I had a great workout, and I look forward to Hot Flow Yoga every week.

I was so nervous going to a hot yoga studio because I had only practiced "traditional" yoga a few times at an open studio in college, and I've always felt discouraged with strength/endurance training due to some health issues. Not only has taking this class helped me with my asthma/back pain, but I also feel an overall change in my entire body and mind.
I took ONE class and I was hooked, by the next week I was an active member of this studio, and have been for about a month now. The owner, Christine, and other instructors are so warm and welcoming, easy to talk to, and knowledgable about their practice. I was instantly at ease after just speaking with Christine briefly before my first class. Personally, my mood and energy levels just skyrocket when I start my day with a class at this studio. I LOVE the upbeat music, and it would be a complete understatement to say I ALWAYS get a good workout. I could rant and rave about this place forever! This studio just enhances my Okinawa experience; I'm definitely going to miss them when we PCS off island!

The Okinawa Yoga Studio is one of the best yoga places I've experienced. I originally was never a yoga person but I enjoy the up beat fitness based yoga they provide.

I had some back problems and the aerial yoga class has helped so much with strengthening my body along with boosting my confidence.

I know not everyone is into the same yoga but if upbeat music and fitness is your thing I definitely recommend giving The Okinawa Yoga Studio a try!!

This yoga studio is great! I am not typically a yoga type of person but since starting here I have been almost every week and want more! Chris has amazing instructors that take their time helping and demonstrating the correct moves and although the music isn't your typical fall asleep music it actually helps me to relax. I love the fast pace music and I love how the instructors help when needed! The Aerial Yoga is my favorite but I'm trying spartan yoga next!!

I tried yoga earlier in my life and never liked it. I am very flexible so honestly classes just seemed boring to me. I decided to try it again at this studio and have fallen in love with these classes!! Not typical stretching and flexibility, but more focus on mobility and strength....tons of fun! I have tried the Hot Yoga and the Aerial Power Yoga and love them! I will certainly be back to check out the other classes as well.
There are so many different kinds of classes offered here; there is really something for everyone!
The studio is easy to find, online registration is simple and easy, and the instructors are all very knowledgeable, professional, and personable.
You have to check this place out!

This is a great yoga studio that provides a unique and challenging workout whether it's in the studio or on the beach. Christine is passionate about her practice, is always encouraging students and keeping us all smiling. I've really enjoyed my practice here because it isn't the typical yoga - you work hard and there are quick muscle movements, balance movements and core focus that really kick it up a notch.

Although this is not your traditional yoga class it is a nice change of pace. I love that Christine is passionate about Yoga and gives incredible reasoning behind all of her practices. She has really taken Yoga to another level. Her events are unique and her soundtrack is out of the norm (or at least from what I'm used to) but it's great. I truly didn't know you could make Yoga what she has made it; and I love it. The variety of classes offered at the studio and outside of the studio are unlike any other place I've been to. You can tell she is passionate and just down right great at what she does!

The Okinawa Yoga Studio is amazing! The first time I went to the Aerial yoga, I knew I was going to love the class! Aerial yoga is amazing for back problems, strengthing your core, and getting your sweat on. It's so much fun too! I just recently tried the SUP which was something sooo new to this Vegas girl but was fun! The hot Core Class with Tammy is my new found addiction! I can't believe I waited 8 months to finally try it! This all is great for beginners all the way to experts! Chris has designed a fitness based yoga studio into something awesome! This isn't your ordinary yoga studio! You need to get in and try it out! Occasionally, they offer Free yoga day where you can come and try out all the classes at the studio for free, and leave knowing what you'll love!

This studio is great. I like the music and the fact that is is not a traditional stretch and flex yoga. I have stayed away from yoga because the past classes I went to always tries to have beginners doing hand stands and arm balances which they are not trained or conditioned to do. Although this is fitness based yoga it works for my arthritis and joints which I have issues moving. I did not have any issues or joint discomfort when doing this yoga. If you want to put your leg behind your head and do head stands this is definitely not the yoga for you. I enjoyed the instructor and everything about my experience with The Okinawa Yoga Studio!

Chris' studio provides a warm & friendly atmosphere -- I have met a variety of talented, unique women (and men) while attending yoga class! I am a particular fan of the aerial yoga classes -- as someone who was terrified to try her first inversion, I had a lot of fun going upside-down in the hammock. I highly recommend checking out different classes to see which one you prefer!
