My friend and I ordered take out. The Cajun crab boil, peach cobbler and strawberry cobblers are 🔥! The portions are very big and worth the money. This has definitely been my favorite seafood since being on island. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Let me be very honest. Since being in Japan. It's very hard to find food that reminds you of home. Honestly sometimes I just don't feel like cooking. Sauce, you are one of the most humblest guys I've seen. You don't speak much about your food. You allow it to speak for itself. Annnnd Siiir it does!!! My family is stuffed and beyond satisfied. Thank you for being a bridge of nostalgia.

The best ribs on island! I could just drink the sauce! It’s all really delicious and I highly recommend. This is coming from someone from the Chicago area that knows good food - I’m never disappointed! I always go on Sunday because I love the greens and mac and cheese!

Sauce Live is my favorite restaurant on this island, and if you visit or live in Okinawa and haven't eaten here yet, please fix yourself. They serve New Orleans style food here. The BBQ ribs are so tender they fall straight off the bone. The chicken is seasoned to perfection, and the shrimp is huge and delicious. The plates are a good size too, fit for grown folks with grown folk appetites. You should probably call ahead before coming, as it usually takes 30 mins to prepare your plate. It is well worth the wait, however. 5 stars, the food here is amazing

Large portions will fill up any stomach. If you're in the mood for some fried foods with soul food flavors their location off of 58 is your go to. The Sauce Live Hot sauce was instantly my husband's favorite sauce in our house. It's also available at JA farmer's market behind the McDonald's next to Lester. The kitchen off of 58 is usually open Friday and Saturday night. They do take out!

Owner was very accommodating when my wife and I stopped in on a whim. I guess this location primarily deals with catering orders made in advance, but the owner was really nice and made us a large platter of ribs, chicken, etc. It was really good, and the sauce was on point.

Absolutely loved this place! We were back and forth between where we wanted to try, but I said.... let's stick to. So glad, because it was amazing! Portions are pretty huge too. Small, cozy, hole in the wall spot. And that GRAPE soda!!!🔥

Wow!! We ordered catering from Sauce for 14 people and every single person loved it, including my husband and I. We ordered barbecue ribs and chicken and it came with a side of wedges and coleslaw. It was super tasty and delicious 🤤 Thank you again to the Sauce team ☺

Loved Sauce from the OG days behind the tatoo shop in Mihama and had my first ribs/wings plate in a couple of years courtesy of my freind, and its still finger licking good. Awesome original sauce, GOAT. Provides good punch, not flaming so everyone can enjoy the food even if you can't eat spicy food, but still provides that punch with the natural Okinawan citrus blend. Its just really good food and I recommend to everyone.

The first time I ate at THE SAUCE, was in 1998. Almost 20 years later, I returned to taste that genuine flavor. And trust and believe me, when I say, it was just as good tonight as it was 20 years ago

Holy smokes! Stumbled on this place and boy were we pleased. Definitely some of the best food we’ve had on island. We ordered the fried chicken, shrimp, jerk chicken and cajun onion. Everything was tremendous. We will be back. The service was also on point. The staff was very friendly and make awesome recommendations.

Cute little restaurant, the place may be small but it give you a really comfortable at home feeling and they dontake out as well in case you don’t want to sit in. The fried shrimp are hands down the best thing there and worth every penny. Well seasoned and huge and they are not stingy with the amount. I also had the ribs, chicken with special, sauce live, sauce and the jerk wings. The jerk wings were falling off the bone tender and also stewed greatly. The ribs and saucelive wings were delicious too but the shrimp and jerk wings were probably the best. Definitely will come back for that and the hand cute fries.

Amazing BBQ! Best I’ve had on the island! Fall of the bone ribs, I recommend getting a platter for yourself or for a party! Gotta try their Blasian drinks as well, really sweet!

Wow!!! The food was absolutely amazing, hot ,fresh and delicious. I would return here again. I bought ribs, fish, chicken and crab...all for me. What can I say? I was hungry and this place delivered.

Amazing! Tried the ribs and the shrimp and was in heaven! And that sauce though!! 🙌🏽 Highly recommend! Owner is so nice! He's from the south in Alabama so he knows what he's doing lol

This is a cool little place that has been open a long time. A friend of the ours named Jazz works here and makes/sells the hot sauce. His name is Jazz and he is very friendly.

Best date night my wife and I have had on island. The food was amazing the atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. Food reminded us of home. Well worth the price.

This place is amazing and the owner is super nice! Yall they have hot sauce with shikwasa in it! I'm done. This place is bomb.
