通りすがりに利用しました。年配の女性が対応してくれましたが、接客レベルが最低でビックリしました。自分への対応・作業中に、要望を追加で伝えたらジェスチャーで喋るな！と…。
私は耳が不自由でもなく、対応してくれた年配の女性も言葉が不自由な方ではありません。
お釣りをトレーに置く際にも、投げ銭でした。
お客様対応の新人研修を受けて頂きたいです。
簡易郵便局なので、マニュアル通りの接客も堅苦しいと思いますが、地域に寄り添ったホッコリする様な対応が望ましいかと。
もう1人年配の男性が居ましたが、見ていてホッコリ感がありました。
