離婚調停の相手方の代理人でした。
離婚協議の際、母子家庭支援センターに相談に行くと講演も行っている勧められた方でしたが、既に相手方の代理人でした。
母子支援センターの勧めもありましたので、せめて子どもの将来を第一に、、、、と言う事は無くあくまで依頼人第一のようです。
調停成立後、成立内容について問合せをしたところなんの返答もなく、1ヶ月後のこちらからの再度の連絡によりやっと帰ってきた返答も一方的なものでした。その際相手方に「させます」と言ったことは3ヶ月以上経ちますが未だ成される事はなく、もちろん連絡等は一切ありません。
