Ginsuisou Choraku

booked a half day and I have to recommend trying their private, open air onsen. 40 minutes of uninterrupted relaxation with a nature view and both gold and silver baths

I stayed here for 1 night in October 2022 and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was traditional ‘ryokan’ (Japanese style hotel) and everything is being taken care beautifully. The guest room I stayed was newly renovated and the view from my room was amazing. I did not have a private hot spring in my room but still managed to rent one for 45 minutes. We enjoyed a lot! Dinner and breakfast are good as well as the food is in season and was served decently.

Very delicious dinner served in room for the 5 of us. Beautiful setting and very Japanese experience throughout. Not cheap but worth every yen.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Had Kobe beef dinner there and it is very tasty. The traditional Japanese breakfast was served in my hotel room and it is delicious. The hotel located not far away from train station, and the hotel offers free transit service. There are few indoor and outdoor hotsprings.

Rented a day plan with kobe beef for lunch. The food is very good, kobe beef is top grade, though the portion is quite small for beef lovers. The onsen is nice, the outside one is the golden water bath kin no yu, the view is standard though. The room is grear with landscape view of mountains surrounding arima

It was the best Ryokan! They served Kaiseki course to our room. They have two type(gold&silver) of hot spring bath. Every thing is already prepared....as shampoo, makeup cleanser form, pilling gel, toner, disposable brush...etc. The room was very warm and I can feel Japanese style bedroom. Thanks for everyone I met and I will visit here again:)

Easy to get to from the train station. Food was very interesting if a little peculiar. Service was top notch, scenery amazing and Onsen is one of the best we've been to!

Choraku is an upscale ryokan with excellent services, rooms and food. Most toilets are good in Japan but this toilet is legendary. The private ryokan was really good too, located within the forest and the view from the private ryokan and the room is good - mountain rokko.

Great service and excellent spring water. Only place that I know that have both silver and gold spring water. Made my aching back feel a lot better after 2 20 minutes sessions.

玄関前の日本庭園は優雅で、エントランスも素敵でした。
お部屋は窓際にテーブル席があり、そこで食事が出来るようになっていました。
畳の上で座っての食事ではなく、椅子なので高齢者や外国の方にも良いと思います。眺めは最高です。
温泉は金、銀ともに楽しめて、檜のお風呂は広々として快適です。
食事は懐石料理。美しい器に盛られた、上品なお料理。お部屋係の方は綺麗な身のこなしでお着物の所作が、美しくておもてなしを、していただきました。
とても素敵なお宿です

若女将(長文です)など
2024年1月24日から1月26日まで加茂に宿泊しました。
何時も玄関先で迎えてくれる、小柄でゆっくり口調の凄く綺麗な方は若女将ではありません。
女将さんの要素全て持ち合わせていますから、この際だから若女将を名乗っちゃいましょう♪実際に両女将見たことないし！
新しいホテルの様にピカピカ最新設備を完備してないんです！老舗だからっ。もちろん古さ感じますよ！もうじき100周年だし。でも綺麗に管理されてますよ。古さもオツで、古いぶん"温泉"と"料理"と"おもてなし"で勝負してるんですね〜。例えば、最近の新しいホテルの温泉ですが、風呂場の桶プラでしょ、露天風呂場の壁をよ〜く観て下さい。コストを下げて、手入れが簡単な木目調のプラにするんですよ。兆楽は内湯の桶も露天風呂の壁も木の香りあるんですよ。オツでしょっ。自家温泉の櫟の湯が最高！至福の時間を過ごせますから、ホームページ参照。
客室は綺麗な切花が飾られています。
お料理たけど、日本人の奥深さ感じられますよ。全て綺麗な器で提供されますから、やっぱりホームページを参照。

お刺身は天使の海老が入っているこ事が多かった。松茸の土瓶蒸しとか、鱧なんかも美味しく食べられます。
鮎の時期の中居さん、焼立ての鮎を持ってきて食べる時に蓼酢(たです)使って下さいとの事？オツなんですよ！蓼酢が気に入って横浜高島屋で探したら通じないし関東では売ってないので、ネットで買うしか術がありません。朝食の写真に竹筒の水筒が写っているのがわかるかな？水からして美味しいのに風情あるでしょ、水が更に美味しくなるんです。非常に残念ですが竹筒水筒の提供がなくなりました。朝は必ず焼河豚が食べられたけど最近は経費削減でしょうか？河豚はお目にかかれません、更にお魚1品減りました。(お魚を部屋で焼いてくれた時代もあったそうです)

兆楽の最寄り駅から送迎バスがありますから、無料タクシー代わりにしても大丈夫！
食事に感して兆楽の伝統が廃れはじめたかな？心配してますよ。

チェックインは14時からなので、駐車場で時間調整しようと思い13時半過ぎに着いたら、直ぐにチェックインさせて下さいました。初めての有馬温泉宿泊で、素晴らしいお宿に出会えた奇跡に感謝です。　何といっても金泉の効力が素晴らしいし、開放感ある露天風呂の広い浴槽、ロープウェイが行きかう温泉街の風景、自分の家に居るような部屋食で料理を味わい、温泉気分を満喫できました。　人気のお宿なので空きを見つけるのも大変そうですが、いつの日か再訪したいと思っています。

無論是餐點還是人員服務都有五星以上的水準。
建議一定要體驗一下在房間吃晚餐，菜色豐富美味！聽說料理長為京都料理協會那邊請過來的。
飯店人員的服務態度也非常完美，讓我們這次旅程圓滿結束。
大眾池每天男女會交換，小巧精緻。戶外還有一個需走一小段路的露天湯屋。
當天有招待一杯飲料（酒精和非酒精皆有）和一個當季甜點。

初めて宿泊しましたが、スタッフさんの対応もすごく丁寧でとても気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。
部屋もキレイで、どのお風呂も清潔でゆっくり楽しみました。
温泉街の中心までは、何度でも送迎してもらえるそうです。
