I HIGHLY recommend this place!
You check in through an iPad where you fill in your information and confirm through a video call with a human.
We stayed 8 nights as three people and it cost about 7086 SEK (about $650). Which makes this less than 300 SEK ($30) per person, per night which is insanely cheap in my opinion.
This place is an actual stone throw away from the station so it’s not too difficult to get anywhere. The train line is however not JR so if you want to ride JR lines you’d have to switch in Osaka.
The room is huge, clean and extremely spacious, there is a washing machine and a shower room you can dry your clothes in. Big storage spaces, big fridge, big beds, mosquito-net sliding doors. I have nothing to complain about! Perfect 5/5!

Fantastic. Highly recommended. Amenities are very impressive. The cooker hop is easy to use and there is an in built dryer in the shower room also. Only thing lacking is the provision of dinner bowls which is helpful when u wan to cook ramen. Checkin is easy and through a video chat with the staff who speaks rather fluent English. Overall highly recommended and will stay again if have the opportunity

We booked this place last min, one night before 4 days stay! As we had uncomfortable issues with the Airbnb. And it was the best decision ever!
It’s a bit far away from the city center but the station was just right beside the apartment. I say apartment not hotel because it was operated not like hotel. You have to do self checkin via a tablet which was fun and we all had a good laugh with the receptionist even when disconnected half way checking in. But like other users mentioned, those not very good or comfortable with Tech may have issues, but hey my 12 yr old boy did it all with no problem!
The bed were super comfy and room was huge. 4 of us sleep like pig everyday because it was so nice. Surrounding full of supermarkets and eateries. We travel all over osaka/ universal studios / kobe and even Hiroshima from here with no issues at all (buses/ cab and trains)
Cons: take note for light sleeper, you can hear and feel the train!
Also, there’s washing machine but no iron, and if you are using jr passes, you will need to fork out extra 240yen per person daily for changing from local trains
But overall it was the best hotel we stayed in Osaka! Highly recommended! Will come back again next time for sure!

It’s so nice place to rest and be comfortable. We slept in 5 person bed there. It has 2beds and in the other room there is 2 beds. toilet, bathroom( shower/bathtub), kitchen,2 sinks, you can wash your own clothes cuz there is a washing machine it has there own detergent. There is a TV area, sofa. There is a veranda.

A very nice hotel. Less than 1min walk from Dekijima Station, this Hanshin Namba Line can reach Namba or Kobe directly. We booked a 2 persons room but the room has 4 beds, roominess enough around 400 sq. feet. The room also have a small kitchen and a washing machine, highly recommend for a family or stay for a longer period.

Really love this place, the building is never dissapointing. YES, you can cook by yourself, you can do laundry by yourself and dry it in hours! I consider it needs to bring the receiptionist.

Fully automated. Very impressive. Bed very comfortable. Very clean room. Price reasonable.

1월 17일부터 2월 2일까지 17일간 머물렀습니다. 체크인 할 때 화상통화를 하는 절차가 있었는데 그때 조금 버벅인거 말고는 딱히 문제가 없었습니다 역도 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았고 주위에 다이소, 식료품점, 많지는 않지만 적지도 않은 음식점, 로손, 패밀리마트가 있습니다. 5명으로 예약했는데 방은 충분히 넓었고, 난방기 청결 상태는 살짝 불량했지만 잘 나왔습니다. 청소는 대략 3일에 한번 침대 이불과 수건 교체, 간단한 청소를 해주시는 것 같았습니다. 일본 호텔 객실들은 좁다는 제 편견을 없애준 숙소였습니다.

ユニバの帰りに宿泊しましたが　車で15分と近く　コンビニや駐車場（500円）も近くにあり便利で　休日前の宿泊料もコスパでお財布に優しかったです。
※口コミで　清掃面が心配でしたが　綺麗にお掃除がしてありお部屋や寝具も広くて快適に過ごせました。

とても良い。家族旅行なら最高では？！ユニバに行くために予約しましたが、ラッキーなことにホテル隣の駐車場に停めれたので、電車移動しました。ユニバの駐車場に停めるより、安くて楽チンな気がします。
空調、お風呂、キッチンなどの付帯設備もめっちゃ充実してました。

USJの家族旅行で利用しました。部屋は清潔で広く、子供を含めた5人利用でも十分な広さでした。ベッドも4台設置されて、風呂場も綺麗でした。キッチンやバスのアメニティも充実。歩いて1分の距離に駅、コンビニ、駐車場がありました。人数によってもっと広い部屋もあるようです。また大阪旅行の際はぜひ、利用したいです。

今年9月のオープンで新しくて快適でした。阪神出来島駅からもわかりやすく、近い。大阪市内よりも東西に向けて動きやすく立地も最高でした。駅近くのたこ焼きやは味が最高でした。チェックインはフロント備え付けのタブレットから。また泊まりたい施設です。

家族5人でUSJ観光目的で利用。自宅みたいにリラックス出来て良かった。部屋も綺麗でお風呂、キッチン、レンジ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、食器が備え付けてありとても助かりました。ベッドが気持ちよくてぐっすり寝れました。駅、スーパー、コインパーキング、たこ焼き屋、コンビニ等が近くに揃っていて不便はありませでした。家族でいくならホテルより良いなと感じました。また利用したいと思いました。

入住很麻煩，櫃檯有人但無法用英文溝通🤨
整體住起來很舒適除了火車經過會晃動外其它都很好，而且附近機能很好，有兩間超市隨你逛(東西都比黑門超市便宜太多，而且晚上快結束營業的時候生魚片都直接半價砍），飯店可以煮東西，下次去大阪還是會想住這。

Muy bueno. Limpio, amplio, nuevo, cómodo, un apartamento con todos los servicios disponibles y cercano acceso a tiendas para todas las compras de supermercado y más. Un poco lejos del centro, pero como siempre en Japón trenes para ir donde quieras. La estación de encuentra aproximadamente a 150 mts.

真的很棒
公寓風格，空間寬敞，且家庭電器一應俱全
雖然不在市區中心，但離車站很近，到難波所花時間很短
而且不在市區中心的好處就是環境安靜
可以享受日本郊區的氛圍
下次來大坂地區一定還會住這裏
