荒川沿いを走って途中休憩するのに良い場所です。

天神下公園の専用駐車場。

南側と合わせて80台は駐車可能、未舗装だが立派な多目的トイレあり。
花見時期以外は9割がたが釣りか昼寝の利用の様子、お勧めです。
