高齢の母が、旧長門市内の病院でで受診し、薬をもらいに行きました。
母は、病院でもらった処方箋を紛失したけど、病院から薬局にはFAXが届いており、薬は無事にいただけました。
薬局の男性の方が、紛失した処方箋が見つかれば持ってきてほしいといわれました。
紛失したと言ったものの、その後も何度も見つからないかと言われ、電話もかかってきました。
しつこく言われ、母は精神的にまいっています。
患者がもらった処方箋って、患者が体調が悪くなるまで、見つかったか？見つかったか？といわれるものなのでしょうか？
