Ageo Maruyama Park

The perfect picnic place that I have been to.
With its children’s play area located in both north and south side.

A mini-zoo with unique animals like sea-otters that never stops playing.

A huge space for putting up tents in front of a clean stream (water starts to flow from 8am by the way). Kids and young at heart will surely enjoy playing with water-guns but be careful when using it, make sure you don’t hit other people/kids.

If you’re hungry don’t worry. The park has food-carts or food trucks plus there is a mini-restaurant.

Catching 🦞 crawfish along the pond is possible if you are lucky.

Don’t forget that they also have flowers and plant area that is so pretty.

Toilets are always clean because they are well maintained.

The park is accessible by bus from Ageo Station or Omiya Station.
They have a big parking space to those who come by car.

Excellent park to spend time with family or just for relax. Kids enjoy the cold river and adults can just relax in the large green field on the side. There are some tables which become useful if you bring food from home or if you want just take a break. Barbecue spots are also available but you need to register to a certain website to use those.

Perfect place for all! This is the great park with nature. There are many athletic and playing tools for kids! You also can see the small animals (▶ this animal area will be closed on Tuesday so you need to check before you visit.)

Beautiful flowers at maruyama park!

A park with something for everyone, including a small petting zoo, an athletic playground, a regular playground, cement slide, climbing rope, paddling pool, wading river and a n education hall. All free, even parking. Locals can avail of the BBQ space. Beautiful water feature, particularly in Spring and Autumn.

The place was really AMAZING!
A lot of fun things to do for the whole family specially for children. It's huge,clean and great place to relax too!

久しぶりに上尾丸山公園を散策しました
池は掻い掘りで水が無かったのですが、河津系の桜が咲いていて、ゆっくり散策出来ました
駐車場も合計すれば100台以上（3箇所合計）停められるスペースが有ります
園内には大規模遊具が2ヶ所、滝が1ヶ所に3本、親水小川で水遊び出来、ミニ動物園もあります
また、天体観測が出来る天文台がありますが、こちらは予約が必要です
何年か前までは釣りが出来たのですが、現在は釣りが出来ない様です
6月にはホタルが舞うスペースもあり、一年中楽しめる公園です

一人で散歩しに行きました。大きさ的にも丁度いいです。無料で、小動物も見れます！子供が遊べる公園もあるので、ファミリーにはいいですね！

あちこちに池があって大木やモミジの紅葉が水に映る景観がとても綺麗で
思わずカメラを向けてしまいます

池の周りに本格的なカメラを設置して水辺に野鳥の訪れるその瞬間を待つ人達も多くいました

とても広い公園で、子どもが遊べる遊具も充実していて、小動物園やピクニックができるような広場もあります。春には桜もキレイで散歩にもちょうどいいです。広い駐車場がありますが、週末に遅く来ると結構埋まっています。

最近、奥の方にある子供の広場がリニューアルされたようで、遊具が新しいものに変わっていました。子供は残念がっていましたが、前はところどころ壊れかけた箇所があったので、新しい遊具に変わって良かったです。雰囲気も明るくなりました。

子供達が大喜びの大型遊具、広い芝生広場、そして小動物コーナーと、一日中たのしめる公園です！
夏場はじゃぶじゃぶ池でも遊べて、うちの子達は「また丸山公園に行きたい」が口癖！
じゃぶじゃぶ池の季節は混雑がすごいです！！
秋は紅葉がめちゃくちゃ綺麗🍁
裏側に牧場もあるから、アイスを理由に帰らせることが定番です！笑

ちょっとした散歩するには、
最高の場所です。
歩いていて、
自然を感じられ、
とても気持ちが良いですね。

サクラ単体より紫とか黄色の花池々全体としてよかった。朝で水路には、近めでサギも見えたし、野鳥の鳴き声に癒されました。９月１３日朝早く行ったら美しいシロサギ夫婦か恋人
をみれ感動。
