King Ambassador Hotel Kumagaya

I always use this hotel when I visit client in Saitama area. Good and retro atmosphere nice people for serving your needs.

Location is conveniently close to Kumagaya Station. Area has plenty of services/restaurants/entertainment. Rooms are large for Japanese standards. Bed is comfortable, I am 6 foot and basically fit length. Room is cleaned daily. Carpet flooring in my room is kind of gross, but it sounds like they are slowly replacing the carpet.

GAIJIN FRIENDLY - A nice hotel in the heart of the hottest city of Japan.
I could enjoy two nights there, one is a top class suite and in other opportunity in a normal room.

The suite was immaculate with a massive bathroom, sofa, 2 queen beds, 2 TVs (32"), a nice view of the city and all amenities you may need for a nice stay.
It's a room that definitely deserves 5 stars

Breakfast was fabulous and staff is very professional.

The room is spacious and much larger than common japanese hotel.
Breakfast is eat all you can featuring mix of japanese food and western foods.
The place is also about 10min walk from the kumagaya station which is one of a major station of the shinkansen track from Tokyo.
Hotel staff are very accomodating and you can even borrow an umbrella during a rainy day.
Perfect place to stay when in kumagaya.

we had good rest here, spacious room and very good breakfast
it is also just right at the end of the street in front of the station (but if you are dragging heavy suitcases, may be a problem because you have to climb stairs to cross the street, no elevator)

Very good for business trip. Or maybe for leisure. There are lots of walking distance landmarks for a good stroll.

熊谷駅から徒歩５分くらいです。アンバサダールームに宿泊しました。電子レンジは12階にあります。製氷機も12階ですが、サワーに使うような細かい氷がでてきます。部屋にあるアイスペールにはトングがささっていますが、スプーンのほうがいいです。部屋は広く、施設が古いのでコンセントが少ないですが、延長コードが備えてあります。朝食はバイキングです。品数は多めでカレーもあります。手袋をするなど、感染対策も万全です。おすすめ。

サーフアンドサーフのランチ食べ放題、サラダからカレーデザートまでたくさんあってめちゃくちゃ美味しいです！

熊谷駅から近くアクセスが良い。お値段もお安く、ホテルの方々の接客がとても、心地よい。
朝食ブッフェは、ホテルの方が、毎回、ベストの状態になるように、頑張ってセッティングしているのが、素晴らしかった。品数も朝食なら、じゅうぶん、充実していました。朝食ブッフェは、大人1500円子供 750円 です。物価が上がっているのに、このお値段とサービス、ロケーションでゆっくり食べられるのは、非常にありがたかったです。ご馳走さまでした。
