先生がとにかく物腰柔らかく優しいのでとても安心できる。酷い虫歯でしたが全然痛くなく治療して頂いたので歯医者が怖くなくなりました。

男性の電話対応が悪すぎて笑いました！
まさか先生じゃないですよね?って感じのご年配の方でした。

電話に出たら、なんですか？と言われ
電話間違って掛けたと思い、成田歯科矯正歯科さんですか？と確認しました。
すると、はい、なんですか？
矯正について教えてもらいたいのですがと話すと、笑いながら何歳ですか？
子供の矯正でしたので20歳です。
私（おじさん）の矯正だと思って対応していたのか？

その後も初診料など聞くと
5万円くらいですと教えて頂き、
その後何十万もかかるよ！と言われました。
払えるの？みたいないいかたで…

そんなの上の子で何十万もかけてるからわかるのですが、県外から初めての受診をしようと考えていたので電話で確認した流れです。

真剣に質問をしてますが上から目線で小馬鹿にされた言い方が非常に残念でした。

普段怒らない私でもイライラさせる対応です。。涙
普段から怒らない性格なのですが、数年に一度のイライラをしかも電話でって

電話をきってから思い出すだけで腹が立ちます。このようなクチコミは今後しないと思いますが、わたしはこの対応がきっかけで他の病院にすることを決めました。
電話に出た年配の男性スタッフさんの対応がこの点数です。
ホームページが無いので電話して聞いたのに。色んな意味で残念でした。
